Newly built In 2017 ! Minutes from Interstate 88 and Downtown Oneonta; 12 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park and 20 minutes to Cooperstown with Baseball and Museums! This property is well appointed with one bedroom upstairs and a Futon sleeper for two more in downstairs walk-out basement. Full kitchen, one-and-a-half baths with large screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Air-conditioned, heat, 4 paddle fans, heated bathroom floor and walk-in tiled shower. Cathedral ceiling in living room, cedar walls downstairs. Beautiful hand made curly maple topped island separating kitchen from living room. SUMMER 2027 : we have a 6 day minimum and follow the schedule for Cooperstown Dreams Park ONLY.
Panoramic lake views from the screened in porch, fishing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing from your private dock on the Lake! A perfect get-a-way, but just 5-6 minutes from interstate, shopping and fine restaurants. Between Oneonta and Cooperstown. This place was great!! We used the kayaks, swam, fished & just relaxed! Our grandson played at Cooperstown Dream Park & it was really close, so we could go back & forth!! Just an amazing place to stay! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Will definitely try to book this place in 2 years if our other grandson plays.

Awesome smaller lace with every you need. Bed was comfy. A complete kitchen for cooking and terrific view of the lake. We did not go down to dock. I’m sure younger couples would be fine. Our dog would have loved a swim and we brought her life jacket but we found a terrific doggie playroom to have her stay and get exercise called wild dog supplies and playroom. I would definitely recommend for small families and couples. Had a great time! The quiet and the beauty is amazing.

This place was perfect for us! It was a convenient drive to and from Dreams Park. The home was clean and the view of the lake was stunning. We didn’t have much down time, however we did get to kayak and fish from the dock. It was a great experience. The hosts have thought of everything to make this home a perfect getaway. We hope to be back in a few years!!

A cute little house right on the lake. We spent a weekend: one day was a beautiful, warm spring day, the next day it snowed! But either way, it was peaceful and cozy in this lovely home. Great communication with the owners who are kind and welcoming. Easy to get back and forth to SUNY Oneonta & Hartwick. Looking forward to visiting again!

Jeff and Lisetta were incredibly welcoming hosts. The house was beautiful and spotless. The kitchen was stocked with all the devices required for cooking. The bed was comfy, and the views of the lake were gorgeous! During a snowstorm, they made sure our walkway and our car was shoveled out. And in the face of some accidental damage due to our dog, they were very understanding and reassuring. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and relaxing property right on the lake. Loved sitting in the screen porch. Convenient drive over to Cooperstown All Star Village. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Goodyear Lake
Very nice cabin right on the lake. Beautiful area with nice hikes along an old abandoned railroad. Hoping to come back for another stay soon.

Perfect weekend getaway
Immaculate cozy cottage! Beautiful lake view from the charming rustic screened-in porch. Perfect location to visit both Cooperstown and Oneonta during our stay. Would love to return in the summer.

This home is beautiful! The views of the lake from the enclosed patio and the patio closer to the water are mesmerizing! We loved the 15 min commute to All-Star Village too! We took full advantage of the canoe and kayaks and enjoyed paddling on the lake. The home was clean and tidy — perfect for a couple.

A Peaceful Oasis
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Out hosts were wonderful and were a joy to visit with during our trip. If you are looking for a small place to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet, I would highly recommend staying here!
