When we arrived the property was clean and ready for our stay. Night one was a little hectic with no air but after reaching out to the property owner Darian he responded right away and was out the next morning and had the issue fixed in no time. The space was exactly what we needed for a small family getaway and after we decided to stay an extra day the accommodations to do so was extremely easy. We look forward to staying again.

We had a great stay, we were in need of a restful break from the grind, it was quiet and peaceful, just a short walk to the beach. great location. thank you for letting us stay in your place. it was clean and neat just the way we like it. Good Job!

The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for cooking, hosts are very communicative, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Having on-site laundry was a huge plus. Only downside to my stay was some of the soaps were not restocked prior to my arrival (I had brought my own, so it wasn’t a huge deal) and the floors could have been mopped/swiffered.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The close proximity to a public beach access, inviting layout, and grill in the backyard were highlights. We easily were able to go for walks on the beach with our dog, enjoy cooking in the well stocked kitchen (had every tool/dish we needed!), and could comfortably sprawl out for a couple of movie nights. The hosts felt readily available if we needed anything. The space was clean and inviting.

Under the boardwalk is comfortable, cozy and convenient. It has everything you need for short or long stay. Easy beach access and close to down town. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Absolutely great location and wonderful accommodations at Under The Boardwalk! Very clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living area! Really cool to hear the ocean waves rolling in - would highly recommend!!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time in Amelia and this rental is in the best location. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I would recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay & the convenient location to literally everything in the area. 10 minute drive to historic downtown, beach across the street, shopping, restaurants, water sports all closeby.

Clean and convenient! Only 3 mins to walk to the beach

Just ended a girls trip and had a blast. The unit was clean, convenient to restaurants and the beach. Everything worked as it should. Hosts were easy to reach and super helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Cozy with all the necessities

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was so close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants and shops. Very cozy and cared for. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Family Christmas trip

The location near the beach was perfect for daily walks to look for shells. The house was well stocked with all we needed. The well supplied kitchen with dishes and cooking pans and utensils helped us enjoy meals at the condo.
