Great and easy communication with the host made the stay a breeze! The property is in a fantastic location with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and downtown. Everything we needed was provided and the premium TV channels were especially appreciated during football season! We added a couple of shark teeth that we found to the small collection displayed in the condo. Can't beat it for the price!

First time to visit Amelia Island and it did not disappoint! Condo was very close to the beach as described. I wouldn’t necessarily say the condo has been “remodeled or updated” as described bc it’s pretty dated and needs some TLC in certain areas. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, and it had a very beachy vibe which helped make it a nice stay. The owner had excellent communication which we appreciated.

The place was lovely, very clean, amazing location close to the beach - we really enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool that were available on-site. Greg was super easy to work with and showed us great hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

This place was great for our family of 4! It was a quick walk around the corner to a quiet public access point on the beach. Our kids loved the pool and the games and beach gear they had for guests’ use. In-unit laundry was super convenient. The hosts were super responsive and communicative. Would recommend!

Greg is a great host! The property was accurately described on the listing. The beach is very close. The facilities (pool etc) were a huge hit for our family. Seeing the pool maintenance company frequently was reassuring and proved the cleanliness. He had everything we needed in this townhome. All the beach/pool towels you could need and beach equipment. This was a well rounded place to land for our week stay. Communication was superb. We highly recommend this cozy place and plan to stay here again for future visits. Thanks Greg for a great stay.

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, in a great part of the village. The owner, Greg is very quick to respond to any questions. The bedrooms upstairs feel so relaxing and windows are tree filled like a tree house. I would highly recommend this condo.

Greg was an excellent host! He responded to all communications within minutes, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The property was within a few minutes walk to the beach. Other things we loved were searching for shark teeth at Fort Clinch State Park, shopping in the historic district and an easy day trip to St Augustine. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Fernandina Beach!

Great value for the area. This was a perfect space for our family of Five. Gregory is great with communication. The beach chairs and wagon helped a lot on the trips to the beach. We loved the location, right down the street from Dairy Queen, Sliders and the beach.

The property was so pretty. The house was clean it’s just very hard to get all the sand I am sure so that’s the only thing we could feel under our feet on arrival. But it was visibly clean everywhere. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The access was not a very busy area on the beach which was so nice. We were beach bums but did check out the pool once and it was very nice. The listing was just as listed. It met our needs with space, cleanliness, closeness to beach, laundry was handy. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and cart. Communication from the host was clear and made entry and exit and stay expectations easy. We didn’t need to contact the host during our stay but he was available by txt if we needed which would have been very handy and I’m sure quick. Our parking tag broke taking it off our mirror as we left which we let him know and he waved the fee to replace it. The area was shaded pretty and quiet. It was easy getting in and out to travel to town.

This was absolutely the best vacation rental experience I’ve had to date. Communication with Greg and Tiffany was terrific and the townhouse made the perfect get away. It was clean, exactly as described and a short walk from the beautiful Fernandina Beach.
