This stay was horrible. We spent the first day using raid to kill the roaches, dat 2 cleaning the stairs on the carpets due to disgusting food and stains all over them….even had to go buy a vacuum cleaner because one wasn’t provided even though the entire upstairs is carpeted, and the last two days of our trip we had to use trash cans and pots and pans to catch all the water from a leaking ceiling in the master bedroom and bath. The owner had offered no concessions…..just continued to state “it’s out of their control.” Our worst VRBO stay to date.

No tvs in rooms like pictures show (not a big deal but a little annoying) Marijuana joint found by hot tubMarijuana smell in house when we arrived Crumbs and hair left everywhereCockroaches Took forever to get a hold of the host to tell her about the cockroaches. Host stated she seen them and had an exterminator but never told us that before we arrived. Terrible start to our week vacation but thankfully found a house not too far away and was much cleaner and well kept. Packed up and left as soon as we could the same day we arrived

Overall, a nice place to stay. Plenty of space, nice pool, easy check-in process. The only concern we ran into was the lack of bed linens. They had sheets on all of the beds and comforters on the kids' beds. On the adult beds, there were no comforters, just a throw blanket. It was not very comfortable, unfortunately. If you are driving vs. flying, I would suggest bringing your own comforter for your bed.

The rooms were clean. The house was fully thought with everything you need. The pool was clean. They also had strollers and high chairs. The bathroom down by the pool was perfect so you don’t have to go through the whole house to use the bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s a gated community. Check-in was easy.

You would just need to know that you need to bring toilet tissue,paper towels, and we had to pick up a few extra towels. Everyone got one bath towel and that was it and having the private pool we had to go out and purchase a few towels for the pool. The house is beautiful. The kids were in the pool constantly. I would definitely rent again and it was only a half hour to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

The Host was great. We loved the house, pool was perfect. The only issue was we thought that there should be wash cloths in the bathrooms. The blender was cracked, everything else was perfect. We will be going back to this property

The house was perfect for our family of 10 vacation! Disappointed I had to request info about access to property (after check-in time) & received no response when I sent a message upon arrival that one of the TVs was missing. Otherwise, it was great. About 30 mins to Disney & 40 to Universal. Couldn’t get food or grocery delivery to the address so that was inconvenient. Would stay here again.

Nice and roomy

We had a great stay. We had the pool heated and it felt really good. Was nice being able to use the BBQ grill without paying extra!

Great neighborhood, excellent family environment.

Had a few issues that are normal and the host responded fast to resolve. Overall great experience and will stay again.

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia/Rei's place. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and clean. The pool was great for members of the family who wants to take a swim and the location is quiet and close to all major theme parks. If you are looking for a place for a huge family to stay in, look no further, Patricia's/Rei's place is it.

It was so many issues I didn't even feel like going into it but toenails in the window seals, broken back door latch, feel very unsafe as if it was once Pride open with a crowbar so the latch that they put on there it's nothing to secure it someone could just open it from the outside to get into the home. Broken handle rail to the banister, missing Tv so the rooms had no Tvs in them. Mattress has no protectors on them so there's yellow pee stains. And one restroom up stairs smells of pee between the two kids rooms. No pool net to clean the bugs out so we had to Brower from the neighbor. Pool pump went out so we miss so many pool days the kids didn't enjoy that at all so we took them to the pool in the community only for them to close it, and it never reopened each time we went back for two days it was closed.

Overall the property and location is excellent. House could use a little live-in TLC, but was overall great. Patricia the property manager was great and very responsive.

Short Birthday Stay

The house is just as the pictures reveal...its clean and has lots of room. The owner was hands on to assist with everything for our stay, we didn't want to depart. Beautiful, safe, clean, nice home in a great area. We will return for future stays.

Nice Resort

We enjoyed our stay here. Resort is nice - food at grill was good and servers were all very friendly. House was as advertised. Unfortunately, house pool was accidentally heated and therefore almost unusable but that was not the owner's fault - just a weird mistake.
