Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, private lakefront grounds, patios, decks, docks, and driveway throughout their stay.

The only area not included is the detached two-car garage, which is used exclusively for property maintenance equipment and supplies. The garage is not part of the guest living space and may be accessed periodically by authorized property staff to retrieve or return maintenance equipment. Staff will not enter the home or disturb your stay, and your privacy remains our priority.

- Please walk pets on the asphalt roadway or designated walking areas.
- Pets must remain leashed at all times while outdoors.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
