THE VIEW
G322 - Suite Beach Penthouse, is an upscale third-floor, two-story penthouse condo with a beautiful tropical garden and Pacific Ocean view from the living room balcony and upstairs deck. Great for families wanting an upscale rental at an affordable price or for corporate executive rentals. This condo is sure to be a fantastic rental for winter snowbirds looking for a sunny two-bedroom condo with full southern exposure.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy beautiful custom granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 4 with two additional spots at the counter. The living room balcony also has a cafe table with two chairs.
LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a comfortable leather sofa sleeper and additional armchair. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable with 250+ channels. There is also a fully functional fireplace available for your use and enjoyment during the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.
The condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite and the other downstairs across the hall from the bedroom. Each bathroom has been updated with custom granite vanities and walk-in showers.
SLEEPING
G322 comfortably sleeps 6. The upstairs master bedroom features a King-size bed. This is a fully enclosed upstairs master suite with privacy door and custom walk-in cedar closet. The main level guest bedroom features a Queen bed and Full-size futon bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.
EXTRAS
-Large outdoor deck off of the master suite, with table, chairs, two lounge chairs, and gas grill.
-This unit comes with one assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-G322 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
