This unit is lovely and it has easy access to the beach. The unit is clean, well-stocked with everything you need for your stay, and the host was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

This rental was perfect for our needs. There was space and sufficient seating for our entire family for meals.The unit was well stocked and clean. It was an easy walk to the beach.It is an end unit and can be noisy at night when the windows are open however earplugs were provided which helped.The host was very responsive to our needs and we would definitely consider renting this space again.

Host answered any questions I had promptly. It was very clean and stocked well. Loved that we didn’t have to bring extra supplies for our beach adventures. Close beach access. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint would be we thought at the end of September the weather would be a little cooler so the rooms were a little warm during the day time. Extra fans were provided which did help a little. In the evening with windows open was better but if the noise of the transportation train bothers you, you might have to close windows. Coming from AZ we are use to having air conditioning LOL. All in all we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great place to stay as a family, close to everything and the beach is wonderful. Loved access to a beautiful pool and hot tub and underground parking. Everything you needed for a family beach day which was such a nice upgrade. I would suggest a portable ac unit for next guests or access to one, we woke up multiple nights during our stay with 85 degrees reading inside the unit with every fan available on and all windows open. It was an unusual heat wave of 100 during the day and humidity. So I’m sure normal weather conditions it is a great temperature inside. If leaving windows open the train is very loud and four way stop had a lot of full volume music with loud cars driving past all hours.Very comfortable place and would stay again in cooler months.

The condo was amazing. It had more than we needed as a family of 6 (stocked kitchen, beach accessories, tons of storage). Everything was super clean, and it looker better than the pictures. New floors and baseboards have been installed since the listing photos were taken. The grounds are gorgeous and feel like you are at a resort. The only minor downside is that the corner unit is above an intersection and near the train. It didn't stop any of us from getting a good night's sleep, but can be noisy in the evening since we wanted to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. I don't think there's A/C in the unit, but there were plenty of ceiling fans, and we were comfortable the whole time (late June). I think the unit is priced very well.

Great location

Perfect stay for the ironman. Easy walking distance to the beach and ironman village. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again.

We hand a wonderful time at our stay here. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. The kids loved the easy access to the pool. The walk to the beach is short and we enjoyed the playing in the water with the provided boogie boards.The balcony has a view of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We all wished we could stay longer!

Spacious, Clean, and Great Location

Wonderful Condo with space and beautiful beach vibe decor. North Coast Village is a great location for access to the beach and harbor, and ownership sets you up to have a great vacation! This condo is great for families.
