A beautiful Newly Remodeled Casita with a garden view has a private patio and 900 square feet of Kicking back. This one bedroom, one bath has a walk in shower a California King size bed , cable TV/DVD and Secure FREE Cox high speed WIFI, Air conditioning in the bedroom for hot months of end of July and August.
The living room has a queen sofa , gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Pier and Oceanside Harbor. Its a short walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and the Oceanside harbor full of family fun, restaurants, and boat/kayak rentals.
This property is a Casita to its self with no hallways and a private entrance and private patio located on the ground floor.

Thx so much for the nice review. You are so correct about the aircondlting ! I wish our board members here at North Coast Village would allow us to put in central air conditioning in our units! Currently there are no central air conditioners in any of 540 units on the beach here at North Coast Village. I put in a portable unit in bedroom for guest but many owners do not! I think with rising temperatures here in Oceanside , I hope the board members will change their minds and allow us owners to install central AC.

Brad, the host was awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. The only issue was the steps down to the condo...not handicapped friendly for us "older" youngsters!!

We were very disappointed with this condo due to the following reasons. Noisy (traffic and trains). We were basically on the street. 1 hand towel for 5 days.No air conditioning in living area only in bedroom and very noisy.Couldn’t sit outside on patio due to mosquitos.Location is furthest from beach for that complex.We were not informed of the construction on the beach…access was restricted and there were signs stating the water may contain bacteria due to the construction. It would have been nice to get a heads up on that one!We’ve stayed in this complex 3 times prior and loved it. Unfortunately, this time was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave a day early.

Wow , Where do I start with this review? Noise trains and traffic , unfortunately the trains and traffic are heard all through the complex! The train runs along the beach from San Diego to Los Angles . If you have stayed at the complex 3 different times you should know this !!! Why is an issue with you now? What mosquitoes bothered you ?? What does that have to do with the condo and giving it 2 stars when the last 5 reviews have been 5 stars? Construction near the beach ?? What does that have to do with the Condo? If there was construction on the road near the beach do I have control of the city when I’m not notified ? Again what does this have to do with the Condo? The ocean having bacteria , what does this have to do with the Condo?? The city has not informed me of any of this! One hand towel for 4 days when all you have to do is look in the cabinet where there are many!! Probably the best thing you can do is contact me so I can tell you to look in the cabinet !! There is no air condition in any of the units in the complex. I provide an air conditioner in the bedroom for comfort of the guest for the hot months !it’s currently 74 degrees during the day in Oceanside why would you need air conditioning in the living room? If you had stayed 3 times at the complex you would know this? I’m still trying to figure out how you’re disappointed with the condo when everything you have complained about has nothing to do with condo! Sometimes people are always looking for discounts !!

A Slice of Heaven was very nice and clean. basic essentials were there (Paper, spices in Kitchen, and some cleaning supplies) beautiful garden surrounding the property and the patio was wonderful for having my morning coffee. easy check in. the harbor and beach was really close.

I was very happy with this property and ease of checking in. The landscaping, pool, spa and other amenities were amazing including the beach access which was maybe 50 yards away. The harbor was a short 5 minute walk with many restaurants. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the items necessary for my stay including beach towels, boogie boards a beach chairs. The pictures represent the property perfectly. Being a single person, I felt very safe as the property has patrol service and is fenced with remote access including the garage. I will definitely be returning to this property on my next visit to Oceanside,

The condo was spacious and clean. The grounds around the complex are beautiful and well maintained. Beach is very close. The condo is right along a busy street with a train going by frequently, so it was a bit loud. The bed was uncomfortable but the rest of the place was nice and comfortable.

We love staying at NCV and this unit had all the amenities we needed for our beach getaway. Easy walking distance to the harbor and to the pier. The unit was well stocked and the host was readily available with information but not intrusive at all. We had a great time!

Great Location

Great spot. There is a lot to do on the property, including a great pool. And it’s a 3 minute walk to be in the ocean!
