Great Space

We stayed here with 7 adults and 2 kids. The house had plenty of space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We loved the yard and spent a lot of time enjoying that space. It is also located in a central area where there is a lot to explore! Couple things I would note: If you are planning to cook, there aren't a lot of supplies to allow that for a larger group (no toaster, grilling tools, or large pans/bowls). There are motion lights in the master that are very sensitive, so if you are staying with kids (as we did with our young ones in the same room), be mindful of that as they are very bright in the closet.

We came for Innings Festival

The house was great for a large group of adults and thankfully plenty of hot water. While we weren’t at the house much, we did make use of the cool firepit in the backyard

Amazing More than Accommodating

This property is first beautiful and spacious. We had my husband and I, our sons both 19, daughter 25 and 2 grandchildren. This 5 bedroom was perfect! We were able to use the outside space during the day even in the terribly hot weather as they had misters on the canopy. The host were more than accommodating we didn’t have any problems but any questions we had were addressed immediately. I do have to say the host help you in a pinch and boy were we in one and the host Will came through like our own person Hero, like Superman to the rescue. The children really enjoyed the space. We were able to work in separate rooms with ease ( as we stayed two weeks and work from home). I will surely book here again… also the neighborhood is quiet and there is a school where you can go and watch their games at night really close by, it’s really close to Tempe so you do get the best of both worlds with this location.

Great listing!

Will’s property was exactly what we needed for our group. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard. The house was equipped with Alexa and smart lights which made everything easy to use. Will was a great host and easy to get a hold of.

Clean and convenient

The house was perfect for my family of five. It is conveniently located and easy to find. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The owner stocked plenty of kitchenware, towels, and shower supplies. I would definitely stay here again.
