Great stay in Scottsdale

Very clean nice layout with all the amenities. The location was perfect for our stay within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale. Property owner was great to work with!

WM weekend.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean, and comfortable. The layout was perfect for us, with plenty of room. I also appreciated the surrounding complex, and perfect location.

4 night stay with surgical procedure

Rhyan’s condo was so conveniently located to where I needed to be , the condo had absolutely everything we needed, and I was there a lot recovering while my niece and sister in-law enjoyed the fabulous shopping within walking distance . The place was spotless and an uncomplicated access , great parking, Rhyan was available to answer any last minute questions we had . Would definitely stay here again . Loved the 3 bedrooms! That is hard to find sometimes for a reasonable price .

This was the PERFECT “home away from home” for our final girls’ trip of 2024! The location, cost, and communication with the property manager…. EXCELLENT! This place is extremely clean, has everything you need handy, and simply was the best decision we could have made for our 2024 “ENCORE”!Book this place.

Comfortable condo in great Scottsdale lovation

We enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortably slept 5. Owner was easy to reach and quickly helped resolve the couple of minor issues. We recommend it to any party up to 56. Great location in Scottsdale.

Perfect Stay in a Great Location!

It truly felt like a home away from home. The host had thoughtfully provided all the essentials, and we were especially delighted to find a fully stocked kitchen. The attention to detail didn’t stop there. The linens were fresh, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels. Communicating with the host was effortless; they were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Checking in and out was smooth, with clear instructions provided well in advance. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

Christmas In Scottsdale

The property was everything we hoped for and more! We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in this beautiful condo. I so appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations Rhyan had ready for us, they really made it feel like Christmas for us even though we weren’t in our own home. The condo had everything we needed and was just lovely. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Old Town, restaurants, bars and stores. Beds were comfy, fully stocked state of the art kitchen, super comfortable sectional and a perfect outdoor patio area. This place checked all the boxes and I highly recommend it.

Relaxing

We found ourselves in a place that had absolutely everything we required. The property boasted an exceptional position, right next to the pool. Not only was it spotless, but it also offered easy access to both Old Town and fantastic hiking trails. The host went above and beyond to cater to our every need, showing remarkable attentiveness.

Gorgeous Place; Perfect Location!

The townhouse was beautifully decorated and appointed. It was immaculately clean. The location couldn't have been better, across from the Mall and very close to Old Town. It was perfect for our stay. The owner was responsive and very helpful.

As advertised.

The property is nicely remodeled and the value for the money in this location is excellent. It nit real spacious but we were just fine with 6 adults in there. Again given the price point you cant have it all. We would stay here again. Walking distance to fashion square mall is a plus. Thank you Rhyan for always being responsive.

Very nice property. Pool is small but is clean and warm. I was concerned about the location being so close to the road and mall. It turned out to be quiet and not much traffic. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Property manager was very responsive to our needs.

We had a great family vacation. The large kitchen island was great to gather around each day, morning noon and night. Enjoyed the patio too! Great location for walking to shopping and restaurants

Great vacation experience

Everything was exactly as described. The property manager was great with communication. About a 10 minute walk to Old Town. We enjoyed the patio with the large table and sitting area. We also used the community grill one night which was very close to the property. The pool was just steps away. Property is in an area with mainly retired people. Quiet and safe area. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing location!

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was perfect! We had zero complaints - the beds were so comfortable, it had great amenities, the location was perfect, and neighbours were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
