Breathtaking, direct OCEANFRONT views from the large living room and master bedroom await you! Spacious, 1100 sq ft 2nd floor unit with bright, updated décor. The large oceanfront balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps to the beach in this oceanfront condo! Brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo, new SS appliances, new granite & quartz countertops, and bright, white cabinets. ALL furniture and mattress are new in 2022. Well stocked kitchen - including a Keurig and Crockpot! New smart TVs in living room and bedrooms (except bunk room). All TVs have YouTube TV, and the living room TV also has Netflix and Disney+. Your rental includes linens, bath towels, and utilities (including fast wifi).

We take pride in our home and welcome others who will also take care of it while they are enjoying it. We will work closely with all of our guests to ensure you have a wonderful home to enjoy.

Please note: There is no elevator. We are on the 2nd floor but you'll have to walk up 2 flights of stairs as there is covered parking underneath the building.

Also, parking is extremely limited. There is ONLY ONE assigned space that is yours for your stay under the building, plus 4 "first come first serve" spots in front of the building. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly and bring one car whenever possible, two at most.

**Completely non-smoking unit. Balcony is included as well. No exceptions!**

DISCLOSURE ~ THERE IS ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED IN THE ENTRY AT THE FRONT DOOR. THIS IS USED TO VERIFY THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT IS ACCURATE AND VERIFY THE NO PET RULE IS BEING FOLLOWED. THERE ARE NO OTHER SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE UNIT.

Surfside Beach - enjoy a quiet, family beach environment while being in a great location. You will find mostly private homes and low-rise condominiums in the Surfside Beach area. At Surfside Beach you can have it all - a quiet beach experience while being close to shopping, restaurants, shows, & golf!

You can choose from fabulous restaurants in the area, either within walking distance or a short drive to Murrells Inlet - known for their amazing seafood! There is a gorgeous marshwalk area at the marina and you can also enjoy boat tours, charter fishing, water sporting activities, etc.

Within 15-30 minutes you can access many popular attractions: Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Boardwalk area/Pavilion (Myrtle Beach), outlet shopping, and numerous other attractions. Don't miss a great opportunity to enjoy Surfside Beach and the surrounding area with your family & friends!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although it wasn’t long enough! The location was fantastic in the accommodations were plenty. We enjoyed the view and our location from Murrells Inlet, where we planned some of our activities. We would definitely come again.

Beautiful Views

The views from our balcony were amazing! The sunrises and dolphin sightings, and the moon at night were all so beautiful. Very clean and the hosts were extremely responsive.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved the house. It is a great location, right on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and overlooking the ocean. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could want. The owners had great communication!

Fantastic views in a comfortable condo

We had a fantastic stay in a very clean condo that had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, ample dishes & cookware, comfortable linens. Very easy access to the beach and loved the views from the bedroom & living room.

We had a great time! The condo was clean. Check in/out was easy. The view was amazing. Watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Easy beach access. Would definitely recommend.

Great beach location!

The property was just as pictured: clean, beautiful, and beach front location. It was a well furnished condo and we loved the view. The only issue, I'm currently in a cam walker boot so the stairs were a little hard for me. But overall we enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo!

Nice condo

Overall this is a great place to stay. We love the location and beach front. The condo looked great and had everything we needed. The parking is the main issue but we made it work. The main bed is very firm, which we did not like and being on the second floor you will hear your neighbors every move. We enjoyed our stay.

had the best time! love the location and short walk onto beach! beautifully decorated as well! leigh reached out several times during our stay to make sure things were too knotch for us. we will be making this our yearly vacation spot and can’t wait to be back next year!!

Lovely condo with a great view

The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a well equipped stocked kitchen. The sofa was super comfy as well as the chairs and beds. Great bathrooms. Loved having Netflix and Disney for the children. My only suggestion is that we could have used extra blankets and the control for the light/fan in the bunk room did not seem too user friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The perfect place

This property was just perfect for my family of 5. It has a beautiful view of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. It has a fully stocked kitchen, towels and bedding. Within seconds from walking out of the condo we were on the beach! The host was excellent, very responsive to my many questions! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your Surfside beach stay!

Updated, clean and great location…

Great communication with Leigh before and during our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The shower in the master bedroom was large and perfect after a long day spent at the beach. The chairs on the balcony were high enough to see the ocean and were super comfortable to lounge in. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Very close walk to the beach. If we ever return to Surfside, we would 100% stay here again.

What a Surprise!

A cancellation brought us to this stunningly beautiful newly decorated condo on Surfside Beach. Waterfront and head on views of magnificent sunsets and sunrises were daily occurrences. The condo was very well stocked with cooking needs and the beds comfortable. The owners had left nothing undone even down to the labeled light switches and how often do you see that? Location very accessible to all things beachy and lots of buzz at Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet if you so desired. One of the nicest properties I have been to and very deserving of the "Premier Host" rating.

A Gem

Beautiful and clean condo right on the ocean. Pictures are accurate. I was unsure about the bunk bed situation but kids loved the set up and it was just lovely. We enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table looking out at the water. Loved the porch with comfortable chairs to watch the sunrise / family at beach. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulously decorated. I was most concerned about parking. We took a Volvo XC90 and could fit our vehicle into the reserved parking space- we generally parked out front. Loved the location- on piers close only houses so the beach is not crowded. We walked to the pier for ice cream. We will be back!

Great Stay!

Our family of four, kids ages 9 and 11, really enjoyed our stay. The location is far enough away from the main part of Myrtle Beach that it is much quieter, yet all of the attractions can be reached in a short drive. Murrells Inlet, and the fantastic seafood, is also very close! The property itself was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well equipped to cook basic meals. There were plenty of bath towels for everyone and the sheets were soft. The washer and dryer were very handy and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. We especially enjoyed the view of the ocean from the large window in the living area. The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise. The owner communicated well and the booking, check in, and check out went very smoothly. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!!

Awesome Place to stay with ocean views

Planned our second annual Cousins Trip. Group of 6 of us.. Place was clean, light and airy. Very well stocked with everything you need to cook indoors. Beautifully decorated. Very quite, laid back neighborhood. Easy access to the beach. Loved how the light switches were labeled. Great communication between the owner. Would highly recommend this place. Only issue is it’s very tuff parking with a big vehicle either under the house or the 4 spots that are first come first serve. Other than that. Pick this one!

What a wonderful property. Gorgeous design and so clean. Spacious with our family of six. Grandparents, parents and two girls, 8 and 6. The bunk room for the girls was adorable. They loved switching turns for the top bunk. Everything you could need for preparing meals as we did. Right on the beach and while there’s no elevator, the stairs were an easy access. The pool wasn’t open for our early April stay but no matters to our grandgirls…. They wore themselves out in the ocean. We love the Atlantic coast for children’s play with the low/high tides and flat beaches for running around. Everyone slept well. Thank you for this well-maintained and beautiful stay.

LOVELY CONDO

The condo is right on the beach and I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. It’s near the Surfside Pier and many restaurants. The location is good as Surfside Beach is a quiet family oriented place to visit. It’s pretty quiet…..at least in the winter when I was there.
