This River House is as advertised! Very peaceful and full of things to do there, and the view of the back porch and by the river is so great! Plenty of places to visit as well in the surrounding area, we visited the Frankfurt lighthouse as well as the Point Betsie lighthouse. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway!

We loved our stay here! Extremely clean rental. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed the quiet time on the river.

Our group has stayed at this property for our annual “guys” weekend. We found the house five years ago and keep coming back. It is perfect. The house has all the amenities you could ask for. It accommodates our group of four perfectly and is on a beautiful location on the Betsie River! As Arnold Schwarzenegger says “l’ll be back!”

This place is perfect! It has everything you need and you can tell they truly care and take pride in River House. It is clean and well maintained and stocked with whatever you need. Such a great setting on the river and deck. Truly enjoyed our stay and no one wanted to leave when our time was up!

The house was very clean, cozy and had everything that we needed. The instructions were very clear, everything was labeled and it was close to Crystal Mountain where we went skiing.
The kids loooved the bunk room
Relaxing by the fire was perfect

Stayed here for a long ski weekend with three families total. The house has plenty of space and all the amenities. The kids loved the basement area. Beautiful property. 4 min drive to Crystal Mt. great communication by the host and loved all the labels in the house. Comfortable beds and couches to lounge on after a long day of skiing. Was very clean. Would stay again!

Golf/Fishing Weekend

Awesome property with a nice walkway leading to the river. Plenty of space for all 8 of us and the property manager was great with communication leading up to the trip. Highly recommend and hope to book here again in the future.

Amazing crystal getaway!

We had an amazing time here and loved being so close to crystal! Beds were amazing, very quiet and soundproof house with everything we needed. Welcome basket was perfect and a lovely space for us to come before and after skiing.

A Great Stay

Excellent house for our large skiing family. We were able to share meals, relax together, and enjoy snow at Crystal Mt. Everything was clean and comfortable, warm and easy, and reasonably priced. We’d stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to use your special place!

Cabin Fever

Loved hosting our annual birthday trip up north for the Pure Michigan experience! This place was so welcoming, packed with resources and outdoor space! We enjoyed going down to the water, corn hole, a bonfire, and cooking out. Lovely property!

Quiet relaxing stay

Stayed here with kids and grandkids on vacation in there area. Room enough for all ten of us. Nice and peaceful sitting on the dock in the mornings and evening. House had everything you need for your stay. Convenient to Crystal Mountain 2 miles, Frankfort, Sleeping Bear, and Traverse City. Would stay again.

Amazing Stay!

This home is everything the owners say it is. Our stay was short but fabulous. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and it was so nice to come back to such a beautiful home and setting. There were quite a few mosquitoes, so remember you spray so you can enjoy the deck and views!
