Walk in on the ground floor and discover 2 bedrooms, a cozy den, and a bathroom. 1st bedroom has twin bunk beds and a queen, and the 2nd has a twin daybed and trundle. Upstairs you find the living, dining room, and kitchen with view of the beach, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms 3 & 4 . Primary bedroom has a king bed, #4 has a queen bed. Stay connected with high-speed WIFI, soak up the sun on the patio with ample seating, and channel your inner grill master with the charcoal BBQ.

All communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.

Silverstrand Beach is ta vibrant beach community. A destination for surfing, kayaking, fishing, biking, building sand castles and just plain relaxing!

Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!

This property is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath steps to the sand!
Ground floor: Den with television, office with twin bed and trundle, 1st bedroom with queen bed, and twin bunkbeds with trundle, and full bath down the hall. Laundry room has full washing machine and dryer for you to use.
Top floor: Kitchen, dining area with table and seating for 8-10, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with access to 3rd bathroom. Primary bedroom has a king bed with private beath.
Front deck with seating for 6, and charcoal BBQ.

Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.

Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils and such for you to use. Small Appliances: coffee maker, toaster, blender, misc. cooking equipment..
Beach Amenities: Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, Wave boards, Children's Sand Toys, Beach wagon, and Bikes.
And, a Ping Pong Table!

Great experience!

I went with my adult children, one son-in-law, and two little grandchildren and we had a great time! The two-story condo is just a walk across from the beach, so VERY EASY access! And we also took the grands to the Santa Barbara Zoo, not too far from the condo and just the right size for little ones. I also appreciated that the owner supplies beach umbrellas and chairs, something that is hard to pack and travel with. And the child gate at the top of the stairs goes a long way to keeping things safe! Great place for families!

Never Disappoints!

Another great trip to Silverstrand! Weather was great, the beach was awesome! Just a small suggestion, getting window screens For the living room and the Master bedroom would help with the cross draft, keeping it cool and not worrying about flies getting into the house. Aside from that it really was a fun time! :)

The Strand

It really is about the beach. The house was fun. The beach is relaxing and unpopulated during the week. It’s very busy on the weekends but all good. There is alcohol consumption that happens on The Strand and should be eliminated by beach authorities because those participating become agitated and anyone can both smell it and see the affects.

Great Family Place!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, and we really appreciate that there is plenty of room for all of us in our large family to be together to eat, play games, etc. And my grandbaby had lots of room to crawl around as well! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Beach getaway

Perfect location for us. We are Two families getting together for the holidays. Everyone got there own bed. We all had enough space to be together play games, watch movies and have our own space.

Family time

Pretty amazing place , it was great having the upstairs and downstairs. We were in town for a memorial , and had family members coming by to share memories! And it was great to be able to have the upstairs for the adults , while the kids were downstairs! The ping pong was a big hit . We will definitely be back

Great location!!

This is a great house to stay with a group and/or with kids. There were toys, and plenty of beach toys & boogie board, and a ping pong table that my kids loved. While there are plenty of beach chairs, there are no umbrellas or beach towels so be sure to bring those. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house was clean although the upstairs floor could use a good scrub down. There is also only a charcoal BBQ. And the mattresses are pretty awful. The main living room/kitchen area is wonderful, and the beach is right across the street which was awesome since we had little kids. It was also very close/walking distance to the nearby restaurants and kiddie beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and we love Silver Strand.

Great place for family!

This was our first family vacation in Oxnard, and we are so happy to have found this place!! It was clean and had an amazing layout, especially the top floor. There we enjoyed a large family space complete with a kitchen and large sitting room where we ate together, played video games, and watched TV together. We also saw some beautiful sunsets. We're already looking forward to going back someday!

beach trip

We had a great time at this beach house with our daughter and a few of her high school friends. The living space was generous, kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of sleeping space for all of us. We also enjoyed all the beach toys and it was wonderful to just walk across the street to easy beach access

Great family stay

We had 8 adults and one 3 year old stay for 3 nights for our son's college graduation. The location was right across the street from beach access with a tiny beach view from the great room. Kitchen was large with plenty of supplies (bring extra paper towels, tp, kitchen towels and beach towels). We enjoyed our stay.

Ocean Vacation

Plenty of space

Great location and space for all. Generally comfortable but time for new sectional sofa and chairs upstairs. Bathrooms ok but a few new items could have improved comfort of use. Couldn’t locate air pump to inflate wheels for beach cart which would have been nice. Kitchen was very functional. no ants to report . Just time for new baking sheets. Well used. Would not use high chair. past visits pretty caked on now. had to Improvise. same issue with vacuum. Didn’t want to use. had been left pretty full for us. Used provided broom. Not fan of smoker barbecue vs a gas grill. Did leave empty for next renter. Only wish that had been done for our usage. Towels and linen were good. A room darkening curtain in master bedroom would have been better. Management co was responsive .

A beautiful home, a seashell throow away from the beach

My family of eight stayed here 4 days, our first vacation together ever: grandparents, two couples and two grandkids. Plenty of room for all. a nice kitchen and two living spaces.

Great stay!!!

We just loved the location of the property and neighbors were so pleasant. It was close to a lot of great restaurants and most of all, the Pacific Ocean :-) We were also well taken care of by the management property so stellar gold stars out to them as well!

Beach Stay

Great location, although not right in the beach, the beach is right across the street, just steps away. Open the windows and you can hear the ocean waves. The kitchen was well stocked. Might be time to upgrade the front door deadbolt and switch to keyless entry. We had to coordinate timing so that someone could meet us there with keys. We travel quite a bit and most VRBOs have self check-in with keyless entries. It was very nice that 2 play yards were provided, however they probably need to be upgraded or else thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as the padding is quite stained and not sanitary looking. There is also a bit of an ant problem. Very small ants, but they were found in the master bedroom, and also the main level bathroom, as well as the kitchen, and in the couch in the living room. We were very good about keeping the kitchen very clean, but ants still came out. It wasn’t an infestation by any means. We didn’t want to spray with bug spray provided because of the children, plus it’s so toxic. But again, the location was great—easy to get to the freeway, nice restaurants close by, beach just steps away, nice outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, all provided. We stayed a week and were glad to have found this spacious home.

Great time at Silverstrand

The property was well set up for our group. The location was really nice. It was a short drive to access almost everything we needed. The property was clean and maintained well. There was sufficient linen and bedding for the group. We would definitely go back. Check in was contactless and was very simple via text and email. The management was prompt to respond to questions. Overall it was a great trip.

EXCELLENT

I make a reservation to celebrate my 65 birthday and my growing kids came from out of the country, The place was amazing as posted. The Property Management was very helpful and very nice when we have problem with the heating system. I highly recommended for a group over 8 we where 3 families and the layout was perfect. I never be disappointed with VRBO this time was different with COVIUD rules.

Memorable week

Went to California for a celebration of life for my father. I had a million things to take care of and worry about. Luckily the house wasn't one of them. Check in was easy. The beds were all comfortable. The house was beautiful. The living room/ kitchen combo upstairs provided the perfect space for everyone to hang out and talk stories. We were able to make a bunch of great new memories. It made the week so much easier.
