Luxury beachfront designers home on the beautiful Hollywood beach. Over 3,000 square feet of lush accommodations equipped with an elevator to provide access to all levels of the home. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms facing the ocean. Luscious bedrooms with top of the line beds. Watch the boats in the ocean from the expansive 2 story living room. Parking for 3-5 cars. Washer dryer. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. 2 beach front decks one off the living room and and Private patio off the master bedroom. Watch the waves breaking by the breakwater and throughout the home. (2 beach front decks. Kitchen with top of the line Bosch and Viking appliances. This fully stocked home is here to meet all your needs. Separate kosher cooking supplies available upon request. Pets will be considered with an additional fee. Parking for 3-5 standard cars on site (1 in the garage, 3-4 in the driveway). Just bring your toothbrush, bathing suit and sunscreen. Discover the beautiful Channel Islands. Paradise is just a short drive from LA. Uniquely situated property, right on the sand. The surf is calling you... why wait or travel farther when paradise awaits.

Top-notch host and a cool property. Open main floor, plenty of space to relax. Kitchen is well-appointed. Beds were comfortable, water pressure and fixtures were excellent. Not too far from grocery and other stores/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing property. The location is perfect. The home was well-stocked with essentials. The host, Rita, was incredible and flexible with our check in and check out times. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Spot

We gathered four generations of the women in my family for a beautiful weekend. It rained and it was still a wonderful stay! Perfect for wandering on the beach and the views are breathtaking from the house.

Weekend getaway

Amazing house!! Was clean, host was nice and very accommodating! The house has everything you need for a great family trip. It was our baby first time at the beach and we had a great time and there was plenty of towels, toys, chairs to have a perfect beach day!

Beautiful home on the beach

We had a great weekend at the beach. There were 10 adults in the house, and there was plenty of room for us to socialize on the main floor. Rita was easy to communicate with and even sent over a new coffee maker when there was an issue with the existing one.

Great for Family Gathering

Our extended family enjoyed Thanksgiving 2023 in this home. The house is beautiful, the location is awesome, and everyone had adequate space and comfort. There is lots of common space. The beach is accessible for long walks. Kitchen is amazing. Views and outdoor spaces are great. Grocery store, gym, restaurants and shopping are nearby. Perfect trip!

Great views but not perfect

Some minor repairs needed during the stay in the showers and other minot issues but all good due to the view and location.Floor plan a little odd as access to one bedroom and bath is from an elevator in the garage.Great service from the owners rep.

A Perfectly Situated Beach Escape

This house is in a perfect spot right on an enormous beach with large sand dunes. This made for a fantastic play area for the kids to roam. Walk out to the beach and turn left and five minutes later you're at the Rudder Room for a drink (cash only) and the sea lions gather outside which is a fun thing to watch. Fifteen minutes the other way and you're at a spot with restaurants, boat trips, kayaking, and more. Of course, it's a short drive to the supermarket as well.The house itself is large, and the elevator was hugely helpful for getting luggage up and down. The main sitting area is on the second level, and there is a large window with a couch that served as my napping spot every afternoon. It's completely open with the kitchen on that level, so it's a good spot for a family group.One thing to keep in mind. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top level with three bedrooms and one bath on the bottom. If you're using all three bathrooms downstairs, it can get crowded. We had some use the half bath on the 2nd level.Overall, it was great for our extended family of eight.One thing to be aware
