Have you been searching for an oceanfront condo in Isle of Palms that's just the right size, with all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation? Well, you've found it in 335 C Sea Cabin, a lovely third-floor condo at the Sea Condominiums, with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo has been recently renovated in January 2021, and includes modern wood-plank style flooring, new appliances and new kitchen, new bathroom vanity, and fresh beach-inspired décor. Further updates were done in January 2022, including a new queen mattress, an interior paint job, updated fans and décor!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the home to find a colorful welcome hallway with two bunk beds built into the side of the wall. A cozy place for the kids to cuddle up, it's a great solution for any group needing extra sleeping accommodations!

Continue and you'll pass the bathroom, which has a beachy shower curtain and sleek new vanity, with pops of summery colors.

The beautiful kitchen was just redone, and features high-quality stainless steel appliances, smooth countertops, and a backsplash that goes perfectly with the tone of the home. An island offers additional counter space and two bar stools, while an adorable compact retro dining set can seat two. Coffee lovers will find a coffee maker for early mornings, and the kitchen itself is fully equipped, allowing you to easily make your own snacks and meals. Pack a picnic lunch to take to the beach or take a break at home during the afternoon for a bite before heading back to the beach. With such a great location, you'll find you can easily get back and forth from the condo to all the top things to do on the Isle!

The living area features a comfortable couch, plush chair, and a large flat screen TV. Kick back and relax with cable access or connect your devices to the Wi-Fi and browse your favorite apps and websites. The TV also has an Amazon Firestick, so you can stream your favorite shows.

Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean-facing balcony, which is furnished with a high-top bistro set. Soak up the ocean views any time of the day or night and enjoy your meals alfresco with a sunset over the Atlantic.

Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen-size bed and a beautiful wall, with a surf-inspired comforter that sets the beachy tone for your getaway. With a flat screen TV and ceiling fan, this space is all you could want after a long day of adventures on Isle of Palms!

The Sea Cabins are 490 square feet and share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility in the pool house, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier. Located right on Ocean Blvd, this is a Great Location to be within walking distance to wonderful well-known Local Restaurants, Shopping, and the County Park!

Come enjoy a relaxing stay in a tastefully decorated unit which contains a queen bed in the bedroom, queen pull-out sofa bed and two wall bunks in the hallway that kids love. Two televisions are provided, and the living room has a Firestick so you can access your own Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area. Wireless Internet is available.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

What we liked- We like the location and the access to the beach. Also the private pier was an added bonus. What we didn't like- The screen door was off the tracks and leaning against the patio door when we arrived. Also the roof was leaking water in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great new year’s getaway

This is a great place to stay on IoP! Close enough to all the restaurants, etc. that you can just walk to everything, and you can’t beat the view/beach access. Having access to the pier is great for watching sun rises and sun sets, too. It’s a small condo, but very comfortable for 2 adults spending a few days.

Wonderful location

The decor is as pictured. It is suitable for 2 adults and younger kids. The unit seemed smaller than it appears in pictures.Bedroom is a tight squeeze on each side of the bed and the bathroom is tiny. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Make sure to read the description. Now for the best parts! Access to beach and pier were wonderful. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and gas station. The location can't be beat. The views of the moonrise were breathtaking. Waking up to hearing the ocean and right on the beach were what we came for amd this unit delivered that experience.

Isle of Palms Getaway

This property is in a very nice, safe area and has easy access to the beach for walks and shell hunting. There are multiple restaurants and a Harris Grocery store within walking distance. It is a quick drive to Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan Island or Charleston if you are interested in exploring any of the Plantation Tours or the shops in Downtown Charleston. The property has its own private pier, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance during our visit. Other than that it was exactly as advertised.

Always enjoy our stay at the Sea Cabins

Go every year to Isle of Palms and always stay at one of the units in Sea Cabins. They are in a geart location, right on the ocean, can walk to everywhere, enough space for the family and best of all - great value for the money.

IOP Sea Cabins

A very relaxing week prior to attending a wedding in Charleston. Even though Sea Cabins are an older condo complex, our unit was clean, beach decor, wonderful view of the ocean, walkable to great restaurants and bars within 2 blocks, and easy access to the beach and private pier. Perfect for my husband and I.

We really enjoyed the Isle of Palms!

It was a nice place; cleanliness could have been better. Would have been nice if the owner provided beach towels and decent beach chairs, esp. for guests flying in. An iron rather than a steamer would have been welcomed.

Highly recommend staying here. Photos were accurate. Awesome access to pool and the ocean. The realtor/company was proactive and communicative. Check in and check out was such a breeze! Perfect spot for 2 people.

Wonderful Stay- Excellent View!

Sea Cabins was a wonderful property. Very clean, extremely friendly people and a fantastic view. I loved the view from the balcony and we enjoyed watching people from the pier. The beach was very clewn and nevwr over crowded. 10/10 across the board- highly recommend!

Great location and perfect place for two! The only thing that needs an upgrade is the bedding and the mattress. Mattress topper wasn’t great and sheets kept falling off.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
