Condo had a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Carroll Realty was extremely helpful and nice.

This property was a great place to stay! This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we loved the location of the property. It was not crowded, the pool and our balcony were nice, rinse off stations were great, the condo was very clean, check in/check out was SEAMLESS and the view was perfect for us! We very much enjoyed our trip and much of that was due to the property!

Many upgrades and renovations. Needs a little more touch up paint but overall a fantastic place for small family or in our case 2. Great location property managers keep it well kept and daily pool cleaning. Right on the beach with the pier. 4.5 of 5

We recently stayed at this condo and overall it was an okay experience. The location was convenient and the condo had the basics we needed for our stay. While some areas could use a little updating/extra attention, it worked fine for a short trip. Loved being so close to the beach. Communication was good, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to stay!

The property was very nice. The room could have used a deep cleaning. This room needs to be updated. Paint flaking off walls, ceiling fans do not completely function properly (they turn on but seem like they are on the last leg of life). It just seemed like it has been neglected.

The place was in a nice quiet area with nice private way to the beach. We didnt have internet the whole time we were there and the host never replied to my messages thru the app. A nice lady replied thru the email but the issue was never resolved. I planned on enjoying the beach during the day and work at night but now I’m on my home and have all my work piled up because I never had internet in the cabin. We are very disappointed and because of this reason and the host never replying to me, we will not stay here again in the future.

Host messaged from their email vs. through VRBO so was a little confusing on receiving the check-in instructions. Beautiful place, management company was quick at informing us of the HOA's gate code change. Would book again!!

The location was great, check-in was easy, and the host made extending our stay by an extra night very simple. Unfortunately, the unit itself was extremely disappointing and did not feel well-maintained or thoroughly cleaned. The unit also lacked Apple extras you'd often find in a vacation rental at the beach. There were no books, games, an umbrella or other basic items for guests. Overall, while the location was convenient, the property felt neglected and in serious need of deep cleaning and maintenance. I would not stay here again in its current condition.

Great beach view, keep in mind across a parking lot. We were third floor so didn’t mind. Very nice place! The stairs were challenging with luggage but good exercise! Had everything we needed!

The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. We had good communication as to the check in process. The ocean view was wonderful from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and the pool. It was very comfortable.

Great view of the ocean. The screen door to the balcony was difficult to open and close. This is a very small unit, works well for two people. No elevator. Can walk to nearby restaurants.

Condo was spotless. Bunk beds are smaller than twins. Bedroom ceiling fan was not aligned correctly which made it loud. All in all nice condo. Would definitely stay there again.
