Overall good stay. Hosts were v responsive and quick communication as well very detailed. The space was v large land clean. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. One suggestion would be a few more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. No complaints, v nicely decorated. Enjoy yr stay herr, it’s v quiet and peaceful.

There were dead bugs and the toilet seat wasnt cleaned when we arrived. We did not realize it was a basement dwelling until that morning when we received a message. The husband was kind. We were visiting family and respected the quiet hours, there was a large yard and I have young kids so I thought it was easier to have family come over to play pictionary while kids played outside. My family consisted of 4 people coming over, whish apparently was not allowed and they left by quiet hours, which again we were told we would be asked to leave with no refund if we had family come over again.

Alicia We live in the country and we wish you would have said something about bugs etc. My wife cleans the homes and she’s super clean and picky. That’s why we are super hosts. However we do have rules and everyone is expected follows the same rules. The guest suite is rated for 4 guests having 8-10 family-people etc. there all day eating playing games etc without any advance notice goes against our house rules.* The entire house would have been a better fit for your hosting style along with better communication.

delightful stay

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and soaking in the sun.

Perfect spot!

All the easy of access of a more "urban" spot but the beauty of nature. We really enjoyed the wildlife and the creek access after long days of soccer games.

A delightful stay close to nearby attractions

This unit is eye appealing and very comfortable! The property itself makes you feel secluded from the traffic and hustle and bustle. Was greeted one evening with a doe and two fawns! Amy was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Would stay again if back in the area!

Great space, owners for wonderful space was comfortable clean, and a great value.

Wonderful people, I got this B&B for my son and his wife during the holidays, and there was an accident there while we were saying owners were super understanding we took care of it completely… But you don’t always find people like the Conley’s. Highly recommend this property.
