Fallen Timbers is modern, spacious, yet cozy cabin nestled in a beautiful forest-like setting. The cabin has fresh vibrant colors and plenty of light; a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable sleeping, with satellite TV, and wooded walking trails for exercising and tranquility. For an additional fee, there is a Guest Studio with its own 3/4 bath that can accommodate up to 2 additional adults. There is an old log building on the property.

If you are coming to Nashville, Murfreesboro, or Franklin areas on business or pleasure you are just minutes from where you need to be; and the routes to an from these locations are mostly tree-lined and beautiful.

SNOW!

We rented this cabin hoping to get to see the coming predicted snow for the area. The 5 inches of snow was gorgeous! It was cold outside, but the wood burning fireplace kept the cabin warm and cozy inside. We were able to walk some of the trails and see the winter wonderland. We saw deer walking in the snow one morning. The cabin was perfect and communication with the hosts was prompt. It was a weekend to remember!

Family Holiday

Wonderful stay while we were visiting family in Franklin for the Holidays. Exactly as described and perfect for our group. Excellent and appreciated communication throughout the time we were there. Property is tucked away enough to be secluded and serene while close enough for any necessities needed. Will definitely stay again!

Great Cabin

We loved our stay at this cabin. The cabin was clean and cozy. The hosts paid attention to every detail. It was quiet and we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

The cabin was a little difficult to find, at first and after dark, but all in all we loved it. The cabin was very nicely furnished, the beds were oh so comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there.

This would be a great cabin for a pair of couples to stay together. The rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were huge. Kitchen and living room had everything you would need. The manager/owner of the cabin was nice and responded right away when i had an issue to let her know about. To be completely honest, the cabin was in dire need of a deep cleaning. I had to dust several cobwebs off the walls as soon as we got there. It was so dusty that our allergies kicked in every morning when we woke up. If you are not a woodsy type or are afraid of bugs, this is not the cabin for you. We had to kill 5 spiders on the front door just to get inside one night. It was also deep in the woods. I wouldn't stay here without a man. Very scary at night for just 2 women. We heard coyotes howling in the middle of the night. But, to be completely But tocabiny nice and

Relaxing Vacation

We had a very nice time during our stay. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds are amazing and definitely recommend exploring. There are several small towns with shops and restaurants to visit. Not too far from grocery stores for the essentials. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Great place to stay!!!

Napoleon and Alyce are wonderful hosts and Fallen Timbers is a respite beyond compare, peaceful, quiet and beautiful! They were not only very friendly and responsive but gave us a guided tour of their expansive property. We look forward to a possible future trip here! What a blessing!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is so remote and peaceful, a deer was grazing on the front lawn in the mornings. It was close enough to Nashville to easily make the commute, but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the shower was very weak. But I’m still giving it 5 stars!

Beautiful Retreat

The property is absolutely beautiful! We loved the pathway through the woods that lead to the labyrinth -- a wonderful place to meditate and commune with the trees! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The towels had a bit of dog smell to them, but it it didn't bother me enough to make me re-wash them. There is a washer/dryer, which is very convenient. Finding the driveway is a little tricky, so recommend going in the daylight on your first visit. Once we knew where it was, it was easy. Traveling down the long driveway felt like we were going to our own private retreat. If we return to the area, will definitely book this house again!!!

Loved the hominess of the cabin.

It was a great location. Loved seeing the deer in the front yard in the morning. Addressed the cobwebs on the wall in the master bedroom. Owner was very receptive and appreciated the pictures I sent her of the cobwebs. We will definitely book it again if we travel anywhere near there.

Family Trip

Great spot for a family trip to get together with some privacy and quiet. Plenty of animals to check out across the forest and accompanying trails. Checkout Arrington Vineyards which is a short drive away.

This is a nice stay for 2 couples for a few days. The layout with 2 bedrooms with attached baths works out great. However the queen bed in the one bedrooms is not the best, would stay longer if it was more comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen since the cabin is not near any restaurants. Bring your own paper plates since the dishware is limited. I think the interior could be updated a bit and maybe add some wooden rockers on the back deck.

We liked the distance from everyone and the quiet at night. Wi-Fi worked well and so did the hot water and the AC. Next time I visit this area, I hope to stay here.

Napoleon and Alyce Meadors live just minutes away from this cozy retreat they built to accommodate and delight travelers or vacationers who want a relaxing setting to unwind. Napoleon hales from Louisiana, Alyce from Indiana. Graduates of Grambling State University and Indiana University (law; Ball State undergraduate), they have lived in Indiana, Texas, Missouri, and now Tennessee.

Napoleon and Alyce acquired this little piece of paradise because of the picturesque solitude, yet so convenient to activities and services. Their home is adjacent to the property, and this cabin allows them to share the Fallen Timbers "experience" with their guests. Fallen Timbers cabin retreat is modern, yet quite appropriately appointed for the country setting. It is convenient to Nashville, Murfreesboro and Smyrna, Tennessee. The location also borders the Williamson County line and is convenient to Franklin, Nolensville, and Brentwood areas well. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and a beautiful winery are all within a short driving distance.

Warm and cozy with a large deck surrounded by woods. The cabin has a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of firewood. A separate massage center is on the property; with male and female massage therapists available upon request. Yoga and Reiki energy relaxation therapy are also available on-site per request. All services are for guests only. Arrington Vineyard is a short drive from Fallen Timbers.
