This Charming 2BR Getaway is newly renovated. 3 queen beds plus sleeper sofa sleeps up to 8 comfortably! Families with children welcomed. The house was great my wife and daughters loved the decorations on the beds😊. Everything we needed to do was so close and only a short trip downtown.

The house was not clean. It smelled like mildew and pets when we arrived. We left a day early. Photos were taken of the moldy filthy bathroom exhaust light fixture, cans of poison and a can of paint under the kitchen sink next to the pots and pans, dishes in the drainer, dirty water in coffee pot, ants in the utensil drawer, and thick dust on the cold air return vent, ceiling fans, blinds, and wall decor. I do not recommend.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location. We were in town touring the technical school with our boys and this location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host communicated very quickly and the check in process was great!

The proximity to downtown was great and being able to return + relax in a quiet neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, cute older home that was perfect for our needs.

Quick Trip To Nashville

Its a cute place. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbor. The kitchen could use some upgrades and additional pots and pans but overall the place was nice. The owners were very helpful and informative.

The host was very friendly

The house was very cozy when we got there we had a little trouble with the TV and the host made sure to send somebody over so that we knew how to work it we were very happy with our stay the bed was very comfortable

House pictures were accurate and the house was clean.However, the details were very lacking. Only one non-working smoke detector, no fire extinguisher, first aid kit, shampoo or conditioner, nor decent towels or decent furniture/bedding, most of the stove worked but no DW and only 4 forks. Broken or missing blinds in the windows, rusty shower curtain rod, AND in the flight pattern of the nearby airport. We tried to watch TV but it kept saying unavailable; contacted the owner that tried basic things we already tried. We unplugged the unit, reset it and watched TV the first night; it wouldn't connect with the TV any other night we were there. If this house sleeps 8 people, you will have to have two people in each double bed and 4 people in the king bed. NO ONE could sleep, let alone SIT on the abysmal couch in the LR.It really is too bad. The house itself was the exact same design, just like a hundred other houses in the neighborhood but this poor house says, "I'm here for the money, not your comfort."

Quick Trip, Great Location

The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything, perfect for our quick visit to Vandy, downtown, and the airport. I needed 3 beds for me and my teen boys so a hotel just wouldn't cut it. Would definitely rent again if it was available!

Family Trip to Nashville

House was very clean and comfortable. We had six of us stay here. The one bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we managed fine. The kitchen cabinets could use a fresh paint but overall the home was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Home was close to all the things we wanted to see. We would stay here again.

Girls’ trip

It was just a nice place to settle down for the night after running around Nashville. There was nothing fussy about the process of checking in and checking out. The owners were easily within reach.
