Samantha was very helpful with getting us up to date information on Isaias as it made landfall right before our booking. She provide vital information to ensure we could make it into town safely( gas, electricity, area status, ect..) after the storm. We enjoyed the pool, beach directly across the street, mini golf, local food and fantastic weather. My son wants everyone to know the guest bed is VERY comfortable.

The place was great!… very clean and had everything we could have wished for… between the boat ramp, dockage, pool, grills and nice accommodations in the home, we couldn’t have asked for more. The whole property is neatly tended to and it’s obvious the community of owners and management take pride in their perfectly located neighborhood. Thank you

The host was great. VRBO miss represented the property by saying bring your boat but what they don’t tell you is it cost extra to have it there. They have too many rules about having guests visiting you and using the pool. I understand not wanting people to throw parties but the rules make it like renting at an old folks home. The location is great for beach access.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautifully decorated. Access to the boat slips and ramp were very convenient, especially considering the holiday weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

This is a very nice unit with all the amenities. It is very clean and well maintained. So nice to arrive and feel like your at home! We look forward to staying here again.

Great place and location, although this property is right next to the road, which could be a little loud at times, but not so much that it interferes with the stay.

Great place!

Condo was super clean and was a great fit for our group! The host is very responsive if you have any needs while you are there. The condo walking distance from the beach which was super convenient! Overall had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!!

Great Place

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect! This condo has plenty of sleeping areas and is perfect if you have a boat to bring. Samantha was also very helpful! We will be staying here again in the future.

Enjoyed our quick weekend getaway 2023

The condo was clean, spacious, and economical. Everything was exactly as advertised and expected. We enjoyed our quick weekend getaway and loved our quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy some quiet and quality time with family and friends.

Yes the entire condo was clean and comfortable with onsite amenities that were clean accessible and everything that you could want on vacation. The ocean access was so close with so many different activities. I cant say enough about the host! The descriptions were acurate the price more than reasonable for the amazing experience. I left a bag behind and the host is working with me to mail it to me. I cant say enough how awesome this experience was and i plan to come back again soon!

Clean and Comfortable

Clean and Comfortable condo located in the middle of Orange Beach. Parking was under the unit which means shade in the hot summer months. We stayed there to have access to the boat docks which were extremely nice. The condo was spacious and the master bedroom had a nice foam mattress which was a pleasant surprise.

Cute condo

It’s in a nice location. We loved the dock in the back of property that you can fish from. The price was fair for the accommodations. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need. Only a two bedroom, but the second bedroom has a trundle bed for a kid to sleep on. The public beach access is very close. 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Only thing is the place could use a good dusting, wipe down.

Wonderful!

Great property! You can see it’s lovely and you’ll be pleased to find that it is stocked with lots of extras. If you’re planning to bring your boat, the docks and fish cleaning stations are excellent. Really appreciated the timely and proactive communication from owner.

Fall break getaway

Condo was very clean and updated nicely..had everything one can need! Located across from beach and close by shops and restaurants. Only reason gave 4 stars wish it had better patio view and some construction going on during our stay..otherwise no complaints and will be back to stay! The host was friendly and communicated timely!

Great location and clean

This was our first time in this area and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo is centrally located to everything. It looks just like the photos and everything was clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I had a few issues with the WiFi as I was working when we were there but I worked it out. The condo is a short walk to the beach. The beaches are beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is it is located by a very busy 4 lane road. I would give 4 1/2.

Thanks staying with us! The new windows & slider doors I mentioned being ordered and installed soon are double pane and will decrease the traffic noise from inside so that won't be an issue when you return.

Very nice condo!

We were looking for a condo on the bay side with a boat dock that also had nearby beach access. This one fit the bill and was very nice. We enjoyed being able to dock the boat and walk to the beach as well. The condo is very nice and clean. The overall complex is having some current upgrades but this did not inhibit our stay. We would stay here again. Thanks

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Our stay here was very relaxing. The place was just like the pictures. Very clean and the master bed was so comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach which was nice. Sam communicated everything well before we got there to make check in a breeze. I even left a few things behind which will mailed to me. Awesome customer service. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Amazing location, huge condo, updated and beautifuo

We had an amazing stay. The manager was absolutely pleasant to work with and provided us with everything we needed. She also provided information about the best places to go visit in the area. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The location was great and easy to access as well as close as can be to the beach! I will try to always use this condo as my yearly vacationing spot! Thank you Sam for providing us with an amazing stay! If you’re contemplating booking this condo, DO IT! You will have an amazing time like my family and I have!
