The Space:

Worry-Free Booking means GO AHEAD & BOOK TODAY - NO WORRIES if you need to cancel! At any time until a week before your stay, you can cancel your booking and WE WILL GIVE YOU 100% OF THE DEPOSIT BACK! Nope, we won't even keep the processing fee! Pinky promise!



Phoenix East 1004 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with stunning views from the 10th floor.



Features include:



• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, with two barstools for additional seating.



• Washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a sectional that includes a sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom features two double beds



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $60 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.

This was the best vacation we have ever been on. Family of 8 stayed here and there was enough room for everyone. Absolutely loved waking up and going on the balcony to watch the family of dolphins swimming each morning. We will be back again :)

We have used Vrbo units before and found them to be excellent places to spend down time and this unit met the same criteria as all the other units we've stayed in. Extremely clean and comfortable. The view of the beach was great. The information provided by the host prior to our host was great, it was hard to choose what activities to do while we were in Orange Beach. You would be extremely renting this unit.

Wonderful

It was so great that we added an extra night the first day there! Great location on the beach, air conditioner worked great, super family friendly environment! It was a great trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great vacation. Everything was good check in was good. The only thing is a check out time was 10. Our cleaning lady was there by nine felt rushed.

Over all it was a great stay. There was a few imperfections (poor Sheetrock repair behind doorstop at entry way) (light fixture cover hanging in hallway) (bed in master bedroom was not comfortable) but nothing that hurt our trip! The room met all of our needs and we enjoyed our trip.

Condo was perfect for 4 people. Nice time of year for a beach trip. Enjoyed our stay. We were right on the beach. The pool was clean. Not a lot of people around. The grounds were well maintained.

Great Stay

Room was clean, nice, and up to date. Elevators were fast and condo was not overcrowded. Loved our stay and will be back!

Great stay at a great location

No complaints about the condo. Phoenix properties are always great. The best part to us about this condo is the location. We love walking to the jetty and shell hunting. Being so close to the pass is also great to watch all the boats go in and out. Would stay here again!
