Property was acceptable, clean and comfortable. Great price. Good location but extreme noise due to traffic. Major concern was an infestation of bugs, especially in the bathroom.

This house was super cute and cozy. It was super easy to check in and the host was very quick at replying! The stay was 10/10 in my opinion for a family since it had 3 bedrooms. Apart from having to be very careful when driving off the premises, parking was great since we had 2 vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and tidy. It is in a great location, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, and the University of Texas Campus

This is a beautiful home and everything was great. It was an easy check in and easy to find. The only issue that we had was the fact that 6 people had to share 1 bathroom. But the neighborhood was pretty quiet.

We had a great stay at Hancock Haven. The house was just what we needed conveniently located near everything, clean and welcoming and room to spread-out. Bre was a great host and had everything covered from the beginning. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we're in Austin. 5 stars in every aspect

Great location to get together with family for the holidays. Comfy beds, complete kitchen, great that dogs are welcome.

This VRBO suited us well. Nothing fancy but nice for a few days. Nice little outdoor area for dogs. Would recommend a new couch……pretty uncomfortable! Owner was great at communicating. Great location but on a very busy street.

My Family & I had an amazing time in this unit. Clean and spacious. Everything was within walking distance. This area is vibrant & energetic. Would love to come back to this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Great location, comfy, clean

It’s a great central location and Bre was very communicative. We will stay here again and will recommend to others! It’s by a busy road, so my only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, Very comfortable stay!

The property was in great shape and the beds are very comfortable! Coffee was provided and filter for water. I had great communication with Darlene and no problems at all. Highly recommend!

The house was nice for our weekend stay, rooms are very roomy for me, my wife and 2 grown sons. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The couch was uncomfortable, very stiff.The only drawback I had issues with was the bbq grill not wanting to light. There may have not been enough propane in bottle, which was one of the reasons of picking the place was to make food outside. There were no trash bins in front as stated and had to take trash w us.The road it is on is very busy, can make it hard entering/ exiting from as well as traffic noise Overall I would choose this place again for a weekend stay.

Location was great for our activities over the weekend. Everything was clean and we loved the style. The beds were very comfy. Heads up- it is on a busy street with lots of traffic buzzing by. Very loud. My only other thought is there is only one small bedside table for each bedroom, which is inconvenient. Especially with king size beds. But overall, a good experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Bre’s property. Leading up to our visit, Bre was communicative and quick to respond. The property was easy to find and appeared just like is shown in the photos online. Austin Awesome

This home is amazing!!! Everything was impeccably clean and no detail was missed. The decor has the best Austin music vibe and was a perfect location for ACL. All the creature comforts were thought out in advance and we appreciated the quality and thoughtfulness of items provided. The property owner was excellent about answering questions and accommodated an early check in. The beds are insanely comfortable. The front porch was an awesome quiet place to kick back. We loved this house and will return!!!!

It is conveniently located near a golf course and park, with numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Additionally, the listing mentions that this property is a duplex, granting guests access to the other unit. Before making the booking, Noemi was advised to thoroughly review the listing. If she had done so carefully, she would have been aware of the possibility of traffic from cars and people in the area.
