Spacious home on a private road with partial ocean views. Short walk to Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. Perfect for multi-generational stays, it features 3 decks. The main floor has 4 twin beds, TV, couch, bathroom, and an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor includes an open kitchen, living room, and two decks. The 3rd floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, private deck, and two queen bedrooms. All the amenities you would want!

Stocked house and great location.

This is the most well appointed house we have ever rented! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nubble lighthouse as well.

An absolute amazing beach house!

Best so far

Amazing stay!!

Stayed the weekend for a wedding with family and was 100% happy with the home!!! Owner is amazing and helpful and the house offers all amenities you need and is absolutely beautiful and clean! Will be staying again!!!

Great house and perfect location

Came up to York for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place. The house was nice, it had a ton of amenities, the host was super responsive, and it was walking distance to just about everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house!

My family stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it! It’s a great location and the house is even more impressive than the pictures! Sean was also a great host and very responsive by text the whole time! It has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! We will be back!

Amazing stay!

The house was perfect! Very beautiful, clean, cozy and so well equipped. The location was really good too! Small walk to the beach! Sean was a perfect host! Available at anytime! We recommand at 110% and will go back again for sure!

Great weekend family getaway

This was our first time visiting York, and this wonderful house easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teens. The location was perfect -- an easy walk to the lighthouse, 2 beaches, and town. The owner was available 100% of the time to address our concerns -- which were none! The property was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed our time on the sunny porch. We had a perfect stay!

Exactly what we needed

Our stay in York was great and the house was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is adorable, well stocked and big enough for the 3 families who we traveled with. Walking distance to long sands beach. I wish we had more time there! Highly recommend!

UNH Graduation Weekend

Stayed for the weekend for my daughter's graduation from UNH. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. There was more than enough room for the whole family. Sean was very accommodating to our needs and responded almost immediately when I reached out to him with any questions. We will definitely be going back!!

Perfect house and location for family vacation!

We had 3 families of cousins stay for the week and had great time during our stay in the house. Plenty of room for everyone, the kids had their own area downstairs, the deck was great for dining, morning coffee, quiet reading - whatever was happening at the time! The house was immaculately clean and had everything a home needs to live in comfortably. The homeowners thought to supply everything families need to live and enjoy day to day, including a great welcome box of snacks! The house was beautifully decorated with a seaside theme consistently thru the house which just added to it's charm. We could walk everywhere: short and long sands beach, the Nubble lighthouse, downtown, etc. We'll be back next year!

If I could give 6 stars, I would.

This property was AMAZING. It was extremely clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Sean was a very welcoming host who answered questions in an extremely timely manner. He was also willing to offer us a different weekend for our trip due to extreme weather at no additional charge. This was by far the best rental accommodation I have ever stayed at, and I would certainly recommend this house for every occasion.

Beautiful vacation home

Our family loved staying at this house. There was so much room for the children to play. Every room was comfortable. So many little extras and thought that went into everyone feeling comfortable. Sean responded immediately to the few questions I had during the week. We loved all the decks. And the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Thank you Sean

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY !!

We rented this house for a 70th birthday party for a group of ladies. The home is immaculate and the neighborhood is very upscale. The home is within walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse, beaches and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. This house is also perfect for a family with children as the lower level sleeps 6 plus. If you are looking for a house in this area don't look any further. Reserve this house before it is booked and I guarantee you will enjoy your visit and make wonderful memories.

Fantastic family getaway

There are so many great things to say about this property. The house is gorgeous, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything the family needed. The main deck was large enough for the entire family to sit around and have lunch or dinner together. The fooseball downstairs was a great addition for the kids as well as the adults. Many memories made at the fooseball table. ( I might have to get one for my house). The location is great as it was a short walk to the ocean as well as the Nubble. Our family all loved this beautiful home and certainly made many memories at the beach as well as our nightly game nights. Thank Sean for your quick responses to r questions

Great vacation house!

I rented this house for a girls’ weekend, and it was a great experience. Danielle made the booking process incredibly easy, and when we arrived everything was just as VRBO advertised. The house is beautiful, and was very clean and well-stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, beach chairs are provided, the grill is great. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms. And, best of all, we could walk to the beach! I do not use VRBO too often, so I had quite a few questions. Danielle was very responsive and helpful, and Tom reached out on our first day there to make sure everything was as expected. I was beyond happy with the house rental, and would recommend it to anyone looking in the York area.

Coastal Wedding

Absolutely gorgeous home! We rented this home for our family to stay in for our wedding weekend. Our venue, The View at Pepperrell Cove in Kittery Point, Me, was an easy 20 min drive with gorgeous views at that. Long Sands Beach was full of surfers all weekend long and literally right down the road. This home allowed us to spread out and be together at the same time. We enjoyed Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the porch together as a family in a quite neighborhood where we felt extremely safe. It was sooo peaceful and relaxing. Sean was so attentive to my messages before and during our stay he provided us with a very detailed checkin with helpful information about the house and area. We loved our time spent and highly recommend this property and will remember the memories made here during our wedding weekend!

This was a great house for a family. The house was stocked with any kind of kitchen item you can think of then more (wine refrigerator). The bedrooms were roomy and there were multiple options for bathing (ex: showers, soaking tub off master). The downstairs is a great option as a kids/teens bedroom/activity room. You can walk to Short Sands Beach or Long Sands Beach. Driving your car to both beaches is also an option that could work for you. This home has a beautiful deck with a large table, chairs and benches where everyone can sit around and have lunch or dinner. The private deck off the master bedroom has views of the ocean. The home is air conditioned and the temperature was always comfortable. Our host Sean was great to work with and his information was very helpful. You can’t go wrong staying in this home!!

A perfect home away from home for multiple families to enjoy together!

We were looking for a vacation home that could accommodate three families... 12 people... and this house fit the bill perfectly! With six adults utilizing the three upstairs bedrooms and the 6 older teenagers in the basement, we never felt that we were on top of each other for a moment! We did put an inflatable bed in the smaller room downstairs as we had 3 girls and 3 boys and there were only two beds in that room, but it fit fine and worked out perfectly.The living area was also very accommodating for all of us, whether we were watching movies, eating a meal or playing games at the end of the day, we were able to be together without feeling cramped. The location was perfect for walking to both Long and Short Sands beach and to many great restaurants (and ice cream shops ;-)) nearby. The house is beautiful, was spotless when we arrived and had every accommodation we could ask for in a home away from home. The owners were also very nice and super responsive! The Keurig machine stopped working our second day there and we emailed - just to let them know - and Tom arrived about an hour later with a new replacement! We all had a wonderful vacation and made many great memories to take home with us. We would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a get away in a beautiful home with lots to do nearby. Thank you again to Tom, Jeannine and Danielle!

Anfitrión: Sean Delisle

Sean & Lesley recently purchased this short term rental vacation home. For 25 years, we've said, Someday.......... Well, "Someday is Today" and that became the name of our York, Maine home.
Sean has spent the last 30+ years in the gymnastics industry. He recently sold his gymnastics business to enter into the Short Term Rental business. In addition, he is a licensed Realtor in NH and Maine. Sean owns/has owned various commercial and residential properties is Southern New Hampshire and Maine.
Lesley was a social worker prior to having kids. She now works in the local school system as a Para-Educator specializing in reading support. She was also co-owner of their gymnastics business.
They both enjoy all aspects of Real Estate and are looking forward to serving their guests in the Short Term Rental business.
