Amazing open floor plan in comfortable one bedroom cottage on Jones Street in Savannah's historic district. On the ground floor with private entrance, this space is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or travelling executive. The living area with comfortable seating area is open to the dining room and kitchen. Extra high ceilings and an open floor plan make the space seem quite spacious and inviting. Big screen smart TV with lots of streaming options. Queen size pillow top extra comfortable bed. Ultra modern bathroom with big walk in shower. And a private courtyard with seating!

Great location, cozy vibes

My husband and i had a great stay for his 40th birthday. The property manager let us check in early which is a huge perk if youve flown in. Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Even with this, id stay there again.

Anniversary weekend

The place is clean and well kept. Walking distance to almost anywhere you will want to go. I highly recommend.My wife and I will stay here again.

Great place and host…

Cindy was phenomenal and the place was great. We only got to stay one night due to hurricane causing major damage to my parents and I lost everything in Florida at my home. Cindy refunded my funds for the days I couldn’t stay but my girlfriend and I will definitely return as the place was beautiful. Kudos to her for caring enough to help us out.

Great stay!

This was such a cute cottage in a great location! Parking was easy and we didn't have to get back in our car until we left. The walk from the cottage to the Riverfront and shopping was only 23 minutes. Other great restaurants and locations were closer and easy to walk to. The area is so beautiful! Great getaway, highly recommend!

Beautiful place & great location

This is such a cute charming little place to stay! We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do and it was conveniently located. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. It didn’t have an iron and we flew in from out of state for an event so we did need to track an iron down. We left it at the house for future guests to use if needed :)

Okay

The place itself is quaint and looks just as pictured however; the place reeks with the smell of mildew. We tried spraying air fresheners and the smell never left. This was concerning to us so I went back through the reviews. Over a year ago a review talked about the mildew smell. That’s really concerning because that probably means that there is mold. We definitely wouldn’t return here again.

Great little house

Just as advertised. Really good location...we always love to have a rental vehicle & everything in Savannah was no more than 10 min drive. Didn't have to fight the parking near the river. Very clean & just what we needed. Great place to stay.

A wonderful historic visit

This property was nestled in the perfect neighborhood, just walking distance from so many Savannah staples. The backyard oasis was wonderful and the amenities were fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again for our next visit!!

Two good nights

My wife and I stayed at this unit for two nights. Everything was terrific. It was located in one of the best neighborhoods. Easily walked downtown and many parks. Neighborhood was quiet unit was clean and priced for what we received.

Long Weekend

Great location and a short walk to Clary's. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and nicely updated. Vinyl collection and record player were a fun touch! Our host Cindy was very responsive, professional and kind.

Nice place just off the historic district

Nicely away from some of the hustle and bustle of historic Savannah. Price St is super loud, combined with the diy bed frame, a tough night sleep for my wife and I.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect location for walking to downtown, restaurants. the many parks etc. It is a very comfortable, clean home . Hope to stay here again. Great communicating with the Host.

April 24 visit

Outdoor chair and table could be improved. Some standing water on patio was breeding mosquitos. Other than that, had a great visit.

We had a wonderful time

We tried to make this trip a few years ago but Covid got in the way. Finally got to Savannah and it was worth the wait. The property is very well located, just a few blocks walk to some very nice restaurants, pubs and shopping. When you look at the map, the riverfront area looks a long walk away. It's really closer than it looks. Great to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. The riverfront area is a bustling place, so it is nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood away from that. The VROB is very well set up. The phots tell the whole story. Full kitchen with all the appliances you would expect. The bedroom is very comfortable. The small outdoor patio is fine for 2-4 people, but not much more. Parking is hit or miss, but if you pay attention, you can get a spot close to the unit pretty fast. Otherwise, you will easily find a spot no more than a block away. We always felt safe in this place. ENJOY!

Great location, within walking distances to many places. Perfect size place for my husband and I. Loved having the kitchen to cook when we wanted to. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent stay at a great location!

We loved the decor, size, layout and location of our unit. So easy to get to all the best restaurants, sites and parks. The bed was the negative of our stay. Not user friendly. Major back pain daily. Small little improvements could easily be added to the unit. Everything else was super though and we would recommend to everyone.

I love this property because of its superb historic district location. Close to everything but a little off the beaten path in a quieter side of downtown. This space is so open and airy with a comfortable courtyard space too. Perfect for short term or long term getaway.
