La casa tiene una ubicacion premier muy centrica , la cual encontrarás a solo un minuto el freeway 99 y 70 de Marysville es
muy centrica y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y de comida rapida del centro de yuba , es un barrio muy tranquila, y los vecinos son muy amable , la casa cuenta con 3 recamaras que la recama principal tiene su cama king y el sugundo cama king y el tercero una cama queen y 2 banos completo y un sofá cama que tiene la capacidad de 8 personas y esta cerrado totalmente la parte de la yarda y también tiene zacate por si te acompanan tus mascotas ten la seguridad que estaran 100% seguros, también tus ninos.

Nice home

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a concert at the Toyota Amphitheater and the house was close and convenient to dining and shopping in downtown Yuba.

Clean home in the perfect location!

Very clean home with everything needed for a stay. The house was easy to access from the main roadways in Yuba City. Great location!

Very good

The house is very clean in a quite neighbourhood. We loved the outside. Nice to sit there. It is very easy to communicate with the host. She answers questions very quick.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed for a work trip. Great location, close to grocery and retail stores. House was clean, well stocked with supplies and a great set up. Happily stay again!

Welcoming

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Charming Clara. There were no issues checking in. The home felt very welcoming, was very comfortable, and clean. The backyard was very private and inviting. The area was quite and the location was great. I would definitely stay in this home again. Much thanks to the host, he was responsive and was available at any time if he was needed.

Stay for nieces wedding

My niece had her wedding in Brown’s Valley at Barns at Willow Creek. This was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the backyard was great for visiting and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again if I had to stay in Yube City.

Short stay

Charming home that we used as a stopping point from Southern California to Oregon. Accommodated 4 adults quite comfortably. Great location and perfectly suited us … great coffee nearby and plenty of choices for food! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay

The property was nice. Easy check in and entry. Place was clean and roomy. Only downside was outdated mattresses. Backyard is awesome with a garden like setting. Would stay again.

Yuba City Retreat

The house was well appointed and had everything that you would need for a stay away from home. It was close to the main drag (Target, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) that you could walk to from the house. The hostess was accessible and responsive in a timely manner.

This is the perfect cottage for a short or long stay. It is located just off the main street but very quiet. You can sit outside in the wonderful garden and listen to the bees and the neighborhood chickens, which is apparently a thing in Yuba city. If every property were like this, life would be great.
