Perfect perfect perfect!

Ok so it was perfect! So clean.. so well stocked… quiet.. unbelievable view! So close to everything! Our family did not want to leave! And the host was outstanding! Very responsive! We will definitely be booking this condo again!

Beach trip

We enjoyed the property overall. It felt smaller in person compared to the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool areas and the beach was easy to access.

Great Location and Place

The location was great and the place was exactly as advertised. The beds were a bit soft for my old back but are probably fine for others.

Vacation

The room was very clean when we arrived. Easy access to the room. We liked that you do not need to check with lobby the code to our room was sent to us along with code to the gate. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. Had all the beach stuff also. Great view of the ocean. We would stay again.

Great Stay

This was a great condo on the beach! We loved being within walking distance to many local bars, restaurants, and coffee shops amd being steps away from the beach. The host was great and answered all questions within an hour.

Excellent and well equipped condo in a fantastic location! Super clean and exactly as photographed. If we go back to Myrtle, we will definitely be back to rent here again! Book with confidence!

Beautiful room

The room was beautiful and decorated so beautifully. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Loved having the garage to park in. Made it very simple. The hotel it’s in is nice too. We will definitely stay again next year.

Great beach stay

Close to all the tourist stuff. Close to restaurants. Convenient access to the beach and pools. Clean room with plenty of beach gear (chairs, toys, towels). The only annoying thing was that there was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Highly recommended place to stay.

Best vacation

This condo was beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures, Tom thought of everything, we had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, snacks left in the kitchen, extra toiletries. He spared no expense decorating this condo. It was decorated with beautiful furniture. The beds were super comfortable. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and very clean condo with a perfect view

Very clean condo with a beautiful view. Communication from host was fast. Building had lots to offer, 2 large pools, lazy river. Close to amenities. Kitchenette was perfect as we could make our own meals. Thanks for a great stay! .

The host thinks of everything.

Staying in Tom’s place makes you feel like you’re staying at your family’s home. This was our 1st trip to Mrytle Beach and despite the Boardwalk being a little more run down than we had hoped Tom’s place well made up for it. It was exactly as the pictures described, steps from the beach, a great balcony to watch the sunrise, extremely clean, well stocked with all the essentials, cold AC and Tom was very communicative. Rental was a little 10/10

Beautiful location and condo

The condo is beautifully updated with everything you need for fun in the sun and R&R. Being able to park your car on the same level as the condo is more awesome than it seems. Host was very responsive and check-in was super easy. Comfy beds, very clean. Nice little treats to welcome us were above & beyond expectations. Will stay here again!

Great Location / Immaculate

Great central location to activities/shopping and close enough to boardwalk. Pools were great / beach wasn’t overcrowded. Great parking, amenities in unit were terrific, clean and communicative host. Terrific place to spend the week.

Wonderful beach condo

Amazing condo on a beach, has everything anyone could possibly need. Beautifully decorated. Beds super comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. The best location. All the way 5 star stay!

Wonder stay at the beach

We really enjoyed our annual Mother’s Day trip to Myrtle Beach. This unit provided more than expected. It was well clean, the kitchen was well stocked and beach access was very easy. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Property in prime location

Our group had an amazing vacation staying at this property. Check-in was easy, property manager always messaged us back within minutes, condo was extremely clean and well stocked, and location was perfect for us. We were steps from the beach, minutes from the boardwalk and a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The variety of inside and outside pools were perfect for the kiddos. We loved it and will absolutely be coming back!
