Excellent home for a family of 6 vacation. Located on a great area of the North Cape. Very clean home. Owner easily accessible. Really enjoyed the large screened porch.

We had a wonderful short getaway and this was the perfect place to relax. Our favorite part was watching the evening sunsets. The location was amazing with direct access to the beach. Our hosts Carol and Phil were very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend.

We loved everything about Carol and Phil’s house. This is probably our favorite vacation rental we’ve ever had. As we left we said, “Same place next year?” It was perfect.

The location and view of the beach is gorgeous. The house is set up for maximum enjoyment. Carol is an excellent communicator and responded promptly and informatively to any questions. We definitely recommend !!

Wonderful beachfront property with a large screened-in porch and absolutely amazing views. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we really appreciated the outdoor hose/shower for rinsing off after the beach. My only downside was the mattresses—they had noticeable permanent depressions and were very soft, offering little support, so I didn’t sleep well. Additionally, a large storm the night before our departure left us without running water in the morning, so we weren’t able to shower before leaving. That said, the host was responsive and did offer a solution if we had been able to delay our trip home.Overall, a beautiful location with great amenities, but a few comfort issues impacted our stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We are sorry that a brief storm-related interruption to the municipal water service affected part of your stay. Unfortunately, severe weather occasionally impacts utilities throughout the area, though service was restored later that same morning. We were also surprised by the comments regarding the mattress, as the Tuft & Needle mattress in the home is relatively new and has consistently received positive feedback from previous guests for comfort and quality. We will, of course, inspect it again personally to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. We truly value all guest input and continuously work to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our home.

Can't beat this location

This was the perfect spot. The house was super clean and the location is great. The beach was uncrowded and of course beautiful. Carol and Phil were very responsive and replied promptly to all of our inquiries, including when we were at the property. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Relaxing week on the Beach

We had a great stay at this house. The house was very spacious for five people, with beautiful views of the beach from almost every room. Very quiet section of the beach which was nice. We had a great time and it was very relaxing.

Great Beach House

Our family had a great vacation at this very comfortable beach house. The view and access to the beach were excellent. We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch when we weren't on the beach or in the ocean.

We absolutely loved this house! It was gorgeous from top to bottom. We enjoyed every day walking right onto the beach and every evening watching the sunset from the porch! It truly was the most wonderful escape for our family!

The perfect family trip!

This was our first time to Cape San Blas/Port St Joe. The house was perfect with all the comforts of home!!! The porch and the views and the privacy were AMAZING. We will for sure be back. Thanks for a perfect few days!

Everything was perfect! Location of this home is superb! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great. Very clean. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the screen porch every night. We had a small issue the night we arrived, and although it was no fault of theirs, the owners were very responsive & remedied the problem in literally minutes. Carol was also quick to respond & VERY accommodating when i asked for her recommendation of locations to access the bay. Carol & Phil went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect! Seriously the best hosts ever!
