Lulu’s Beach House was absolutely stunning! Our family of 4 adults and 4 children were so comfortable in this large and beautifully decorated house. The kitchen was fabulous for dinner preps. The beach was a short walk. We loved the Seagrass neighborhood and Cape San Blas location!! We will be back!

Wonderful home that matches the description perfectly. Very clean and comfortable - well stocked kitchen and beach supplies, including a paddle board and kayaks. Very short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is very quiet and private. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and still enough space to leave beach supplies, wet towels, etc for drying out. We had multiple families staying together and the layout was great. We definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful beach house and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the sand volleyball court, upstairs porch, and eating in the huge kitchen/ dining area with our large family! Had a bit of difficulty contacting the property management company to make payment initially, but VRBO assisted. Excellent follow up afterward. Also had power outage to our end of the cape- lights/ wall outlets out and had to phone on call technician. He as great and talked us through where to find the breaker. Thanks- would definitely stay there again!

FANTASTIC Home for a large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say Coastal Joe Rentals handled what could have been a huge problem and turned it into a very positive situation with GREAT customer service.The house was extremely clean, huge kitchen/living area so our large group could all hang out but still go to our separate bedrooms. The multiple bathrooms were great, beds comfortable.We brought our own beach stuff but it wasn't necessary as there is a huge supply of chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, etc.The ice machine was also a nice surprise to fill our coolers for fishing. Our group likes to cook and there was everything we needed in the kitchen.The elevator was also perfect for hauling everything up to the different floors.
