This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we are so glad we chose this house. There were many great things about this house - location to Pine Ave shops and beaches, the beautiful outdoor space (my favorite), the layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms (which was perfect for our family). We rented a golf cart and explored the island. Our only downside was that we wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was clean, quiet and beautiful. The pool was amazing and the location was convenient to shops and dining either walking or a short golf cart ride. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Family friendly, great location and views!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. It more than accommodated our family, had beautiful canal views, ultra clean and just overall offered everything we needed for a carefree stay. The location was perfect to get anywhere on the island by a quick walk or golf cart ride. Would easily book again!

Loved our Anna Maria Beach Housr

We spent 4 days and nights at this lovely property. We had such a great time!! Relaxed, swam in the pool, and grilled at night. We definitely will be back again.

Amazing house in the perfect location

This was our first time in AMI and it did not disappoint. The house is well maintained and decorated and the location could not have been better. This house is a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron Beach House! The location was fantastic, especially being able to walk to several of the shops and restaurants on the north end of Anna Maria Island. The house itself was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and very well equipped with modern amenities. We also loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor space, which made it a great place to relax after a day at the beach.Our only frustration was with after-hours maintenance. Around 5:15 one evening, all of the Nest smoke detectors began chirping due to low batteries. Since the management office closes at 5:00, our maintenance request went unanswered and my husband ultimately had to climb up and remove the detectors himself. Thankfully it wasn’t an emergency, but it highlighted the need for some type of after-hours maintenance contact, since issues don’t always happen during business hours.That said, this was a relatively small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay. We loved the house and the location and would absolutely recommend Blue Heron Beach House to others visiting Anna Maria Island!

The Perfect Vacation!

Wow! What can I say? This was a great vacation. The home had everything we needed for our family and Liza was always available to answer any questions. The home is very nice, but very comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, but within 5 minutes we could be on Pine Avenue, sitting by the bay or a short walk to the gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and have already booked Blue Heron again!

Heated pool was too cold for us

We love Anna Maria Island; this was our sixth visit. The property is in a nice location, close to Pine Avenue. It's well maintained apart from several missing light bulbs in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, whilst we were staying there it wasn't peaceful. There is a new house being constructed in the next street and the noise from the construction site was awful; they were at it six days per week. Also, the heated pool temperature is set at 78F and even though the agent increased this on request to 84F (the maximum allowed) it was still too cold for us. The hot tub is hot though. We would visit again but only in the summer when the pool was warmer, and the construction work has finished.

Currently, there is quite a bit of construction on Anna Maria Island and it is difficult to keep up with construction schedules. We do heat our pools to 83 degrees prior to a guest arriving. The pool heat can fluctuate due to the temperatures outside. Thank you, Sato Rental Team

Great family getaway

Great house for our family of 4 and had room for 2 more! Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub even on cool days. Sitting by the canal was nice and relaxing. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! This property was perfect inside and out. 5/5!!!

This property was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and decorated with great taste. Every bedroom had it's own bath which was so nice for our family :). The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking or biking everyplace we needed to be :).The management was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
