Quaint home in a safe, interesting neighborhood. The property was clean and well-maintained. Walkable to downtown. Nice mountain views. Host was very responsive.

This property was perfect! It was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained and in a perfect location! The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive and provided some excellent suggestions for activities and food in the area (must try Fire Island Rustic Bakeshop!). If I ever make it back to Anchorage I would definitely rebook this property!

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, trails and grocery stores. The VRBO was immaculate and well-maintained; the off street parking a real bonus! Stephanie is very responsive and a delight to work with. I definitely will rebook when back in Anchorage.

Such a warm, clean, and easy place to live while in Anchorage! Stephanie is a wonderful host and her cottage is close to so many of Anchorage's attractions. Many times we would head out to our 'to-do list' and find that it wasn't that far. Also, having a laundry was a bonus! We saved by not having so many packed clothes. We would definitely stay there again and will suggest it to our friends if they find there way to Anchorage!

Excellent stay

This is an excellent place to stay in Anchorage. The location is great (close to trails, etc) and the unit itself offered everything we needed. The hosts are communicative and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Anchorage!

Very clean and updated! Good amenities and close to downtown. Off street parking is also a plus if you have a car. I would definitely stay here again if in Anchorage!

Perfect cottage for our 31st anniversary trip!

Absolutely perfect cottage for our first (not the last!) trip to Alaska. This cottage is adorable, has everything you need, and is in a great location to get to everything. Owner Stephanie was so helpful!

Adventure in Alaska

This place was convenient to many places we wanted to see. The kitchen was great for cooking in and Stephanie had good suggestions for eating out.

Great spot, as walkable as it gets for Anchorage!

Really great location, so clean, and great host. For those visiting in the summer who aren’t used to the late light, the bedroom has great blackout curtains. Walkable to city trails, downtown, grocery, bars/breweries and more!

Highly recommend - super cute

This was a great place for our days in Anchorage. The owner is quick to answer any questions and checked in to make sure everything was good. Its very clean with an updated kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a quiet street with ample parking. We would stay here again.

In town for conference

I had a comfortable, relaxed stay while in town for a conference. Nice, quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed my walk to and from the conference center each day. I cooked for most of my meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again if I get another chance to come to Anchorage.

Amazing Anchorage Property

Beautiful property and customer centric property owner who has thought of everything in advance. Great pedestrian location near parks, coffee shops, bikeways, shopping and downtown Anchorage. I recommend this for family and friends.

Close to Anchorage downtown

Great unit. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Especially liked having access to laundry room, full kitchen and corner window table open to greenery and local squirrel. Close to town and walkable to restaurants and downtown attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Communication, and House!

Absolutely loved our stay at this well located house. The trails nearby were great for a run as well as the neighborhood towards the downtown heart. I would definitely stay here again. Also excellent above and beyond communication. Always willing to give suggestions for local events going on or sharing general knowledge of the area. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location!

The cottage was in a perfect location to be able to walkabout-even to downtown! We did not rent a car this trip because we visited family and used theirs. We enjoyed walking to the New Sagaya Market for groceries and the Fire Island Bakery for delicious pastry and coffee. Our host Stephanie was very responsive to our needs and available with suggestions for activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to downtown

Very nice, clean rental. There is an additional unit downstairs but was very quiet. Liked that we had off street parking and access to a washer and dryer. Is in a little older part of Anchorage but seemed safe, we didn’t have any problems. Would consider renting again.
