One of the best house we’ve stayed in! Listed accordingly and as very accommodating to our needs. Host were very response and willing to help with any issues. We didn’t have any but they expressed their care so we had the best stay. Would definitely stay again when coming into anchorage for a trip!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We heard jets a couple of times and the train horn a few times but not very often and it didn't disturb anyone. We were mostly out so we didn't use the kitchen much and didn't do laundry. We really appreciated the bottled water and the bear spray we took when we planned to hike. Beds were comfortable and HVAC thermostat easy to use.

Very clean property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very thoughtful host. They even had toothbrush, which I have seen only in 5star hotels! All appliances are new and functioning. Bathroom updated and clean. We were all thrilled. Can comfortably sleep 6 adults.

Very clean place with comfy beds. Kitchen had all the amenities needed and hosts provided coffee and tea along with bottled water which was great. The living room has limited sitting considering the number of people the place sleeps. Not the most comfortable for relaxing. We ended up sitting on the metal kitchen tables a lot of the time. The train depot is in close proximity and did wake me up a few times because of the whistle blowing but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall a great little place at a reasonable price.

We had a short but nice stay in this quiet area on Government Hill. The house has been remodeled extensively. We had a glitch with the high tech range that required us to turn it off at the breaker. The bathroom is beautiful but we found the single option of rain shower head and wrap around curtain to be confining. Living room and kitchen seating was sparse for the 5 in our party. These are small things that kept us shy of a 5 star rating.

Very nice place. It said there was a grill but we didn’t see one. I was also looking forward to the outside space but there were only 2 chairs. The bench in the photos was broken. We also didn’t receive instructions for our 4:00 check-in until 4:30. We had some trouble with the internet but the host was quick to respond and provided a solution.

The home was very nice and well located for our needs. There was only one wash cloth in the bathroom which I believe was an oversight by housekeeping because there were plenty of towels. Our group were all over 65 years old so a safety bar to climb out of the bathtub would have been nice. The host was very accommodating in allowing us a late check out!!

Very clean, great location and great communication. Would recommend this to anybody looking for a great place to relax. I thought a larger sofa would be nice, but other than that we enjoyed

Clean and comfortable

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I had never been to this part of town; it was easy and fast to access downtown Anchorage. The owners were quick to reply, and everything we needed was on site. The home was clean and nicely decorated.
