Great location. I came from Sarasota on my boat. The room is directly next to the Clearwater yacht club, which is only one minute walk for me. Perfect location to restaurants and the beach. You can see the marina from all windows.

This was a perfect spot to visit Clearwater Beach. A short drive to Clearwater for Phillies games and a few minutes' walk to just about everywhere in town. The beach chairs and beach cart were an added bonus for a day on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Sherry & David were brilliant guests! A friendly and polite couple who knows how to take great care of other people’s property. I would most certainly host them again and similarly would recommend them to other hosts.

Awesome stay

Beautiful, clean an close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and the beach wagon was a nice surprise.

Great Place!

Great spot with awesome view of the water. This was perfect for our anniversary get away. Would definitely go back here.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing all the boats. The bed was really comfortable in the apartment. This location is in a close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We walked to many spots!
