Very disappointed in the condo. Ceiling fans were caked in dust, the right outer side and front bottom of the refrigerator were very dirty. Kitchen utensil drawers had a lot of crumbs. Cabinet doors in bathroom did not close. Floor was not clean, socks were black from walking on the floor. Host did have a cleaner come in and clean the ceiling fans, kitchen drawers and fix the bathroom cabinet doors after I sent in a complaint. In addition, the entry door did not close tight so bugs and small animals could get in since there was a big gap between the door and the threshold. I have pictures if the owner would like to see them. Beds were very comfortable, great having beach towels and chairs available.

The most annoying thing about this place was the elevator. All week we never knew if it was going to work when we got on.Also was charged a separate fee of 59.00 when it was plainly included in the rental fee.

We love Clearwater and decided to spend new years on the beach. The place was great.

Our host was great, the room was well stocked and clean! We swam in the pool when it was 60 outside! We would definitely stay again.

It was perfect for what we needed!

We came for 3 days to relax & go to the beach, eat some great food and re-charge!! We didn’t spend much time at the condo except to sleep. It was close to everything & an easy walk or drive everywhere we wanted to go!

I always advise anyone to read the reviews before you book anywhere. Reviews from actual guests that stayed tell you more than pics or website descriptions. Thank you for staying at Bayside, you are always welcome to return. The integrity of our entire team keeps Elena's condo running smoothly. From strictly following CDC, EPA cleanliness guidelines to making sure our guests are comfortable & safe. Also an easy to book site with pics & descriptions that match lets you know exactly what you're walking into.
