This is a newly renovated home comes with amazing views of the Texas Hill Country. The home features smart TVs, a full kitchen with plenty of appliances and cookware, and lots of other amenities that you're going to love. This updated home includes fiber speed WiFi and office space with desk (and printer) for your remote work/school needs. You'll love spreading out on the top deck, the perfect place for lounging with a slushy cocktail or a favorite novel. You may feel like you're living in the trees as you watch the local deer, fox, wild peacocks, and all types of colorful birds come by. The work space in the main bedroom (which includes a printer) is perfect for remote work or schooling. Use the private grill to cook up today's freshly-caught fish alongside some delicious vegetables and fruits while the kids romp around the enclosed yard with the family dog. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and has a ton of games for the family to get into as well. There's even a dishwasher, so cleanup will be a snap! Good thing, too because you've got some movies and shows to watch on the smart TVs, so gather everyone into the living room with lots of hot, buttered popcorn.
This property is a relaxing getaway to the lake, while also being very close to downtown Sattler. Lake access at Boat Ramp #1 is just a short walk down the street, and the sunset-facing community pool (also just down the street) is perfect for guests who want to take a refreshing dip. The home is also two minutes away from the neighborhood boat launch. People can bring their boat out for the day, but there is no overnight dock. If you're looking for some unique local fun, the Heritage Museum of Texas Hill Country is just under two miles away and features dinosaur footprints that are over 100 million years old. The Whitewater Amphitheater (four-and-a-half miles from the home) hosts many different kinds of live events throughout the year!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home has enough room to park a boat trailer.
Two single-person kayaks, life vests, river tubes and pool floats are available for guest use.
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
