Ultra Modern Condo located in the Heart of Yachats! Walk to everything!

Sunset Villa is a newly appointed, modern Condo located in the heart of the Yachats Village. Enjoy a birds eye view from our wall of windows in the living room and kitchen area. Pour a glass of wine, unwind and watch the sunsets. We have a fully furnished kitchen, newly appointed with all that you need for cooking gourmet meals. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to our balcony. A great place to reflect and people watch. Access to town is super easy, once you arrive you may park and walk to all of the local shops, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach access is just a 10 minute walk from the Condo. After a day of exploring, take a soak in the jett tub and then enjoy a good night rest in our comfortable queen size beds each with down comforters. You won't want to leave! Located directly below our condo is a lovely wine bar which has live music several days per week. Sorry pets are not allowed.

Great location; super clean unit (spotless), very spacious and comfortable. The only challenge we noticed was it was hot while sleeping at night. There didn't seem to be any windows in the bedrooms that could be opened (maybe we missed it?), and there was only one fan. Other than this, it was a great place to stay!

Very nice place to stay. Got a little warm during the last day with no air conditioning but with the fan and an open window was tolerable. The parking leaves a lot to be desired but luckily, we only had one small car to park. On Friday night we arrived very tired from our travels and the bar down below had a live music band and their volume was way too high. Fortunately, they quit at 9:00 pm.

We absolutely loved our time in Yachats at Nikki‘s beautiful condo. She was so gracious to allow our new rescue to come with us. They accommodation was so helpful for the entire family to feel secure that she was safe and comfortabl. Everything was well-appointed with all we needed to cook meals and enjoy the space. I’ll highly recommend this property.

Peaceful stay with family

It was such a great location with a view of the ocean and close to many good restaurants. It was a great place for our adult family of five. Would stay here again!

Could hardly see the beach from two windows only and we were on the other side of Yachats across Highway one from a good part of the community. On Highway one in fact, with major construction for a new pelican brewery below us. No mention of that in any of the postings or that we would have construction noise starting at 7 AM every morning.Also, no air conditioning and the condo was boiling hot… All day long. When I messaged the host, I got no response. I later saw that other people also mention this issue.Towels were old, one of my bath towels had a hole in it and was quite stained. New towels in that unit are desperately needed. Sign at Door said Gus had to wear these flat slippers supplied by the host at all times and not any other shoes. The slippers have absolutely no support and are very annoying to wear. All in all makes the stay quite uncomfortable.

Perfect location for all the things to do in Yachats

This is a beautiful place and right in the center of town. You can see the ocean from the main windows and love the patio overlooking the town. Fully stocked with everything you would need.

Comfy and convenient

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus and we appreciated thoughtful items such as toiletries, slippers, and kitchen essentials.

Convenient, lovely and clean condo. Very well appointed with everything for our stay. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that the wine bar on the ground floor has a large noisy refrigerator that is directly below the main bedroom and we could hear it intermittently during the night. The noise sounded like the refrigerator might need repairs or replacement. If you’re not a light sleeper, it’s a relatively minir issue. Overall, the place was very comfortable.

Just as described

This place was fabulous. Amenities, proximity to town, furnishings, layout and space was perfection. We felt so welcomed with the little touches left for us. The host was very responsive with a communication. It is a little hard to find the parking area when we first arrived but no issues overall whatsoever.

Convenient Modern Condo

This property is as presented online. This was our third stay at this property to visit family. It is located near the main road so there is some noise, but it gets quiet at night. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. There are residents above this unit. We will stay here again.

Yachats gem

This was a great stay, and had all the amenities you need for staying in, or exploring nearby sights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the nearby C&K Market for staples and restaurants. The condo is located on the main strip of Hwy 101 so it's not a quiet location, but traffic eases up late night and the condo is well insulated against the noise. It is walking distance to everything Yachats has to offer, or a short drive to Cape Perpetua, or Waldport, or sights beyond. We really enjoyed our time here in Yachats.

Great location in the best town ever

Overall, great! The person upstairs was not too loud at all. The listing said 4 full baths which I knew was a mistake being that it's a two bedroom. There are two full baths. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend.
