Quiet, easy walk to town or beach. Family and pet friendly

Neptune's Nest is an affordable and well cared for two story home that will sleep 4-6 people. The home has two bedrooms each with queen beds, as well as two window alcove sleeping areas and a futon suitable for kids. Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, 1 1/2 bath, Livingroom with flatscreen TV/DVD.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable home works well for those looking to get away from it all at a great price. Come and relax on the deck with a cold beverage while watching our neighborhood deer meander through our backyard! Or, take a five minute walk into town to shop or eat. Yachats Ocean Rd is located just across the street and is the nearest sandy beach access - again just another five minute walk from the house.

The neighborhood pool, hot tub and tennis courts are open and available seasonally June 29 through Labor Day.

Please note: This home is dog friendly with a two dog maximum. A $100.00 fee applies. While we welcome your dogs, we do not allow them to be on furniture or bedding. Please let us know if you have questions about this policy

Great property! Family of 6 had plenty of room. Beds were comfy- loved all the natural light in the house. We never did find the garbage cans that were supposed to be outside, but everything else was smooth and easy.

This house is a fine rental for 4 - 5 people. There are plenty of spaces to be together( or, take a break from your loved ones!). Water pressure is good and there is plentiful hot water. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the amenities.

Did not have any contact with the host. We've been to this house before and came back because it so well suited our needs. The house was just right. It's in walking distance of many places we wanted to go.

Great cozy spot with a short walk to the beach!

My partner and I stayed here for a lazy Thanksgiving week. We had a great time and enjoyed the very comfy house and its easy proximity to town/the beach.

Relaxing retreat

Great location- quiet and walkable to town. The house is super cool- our son spent most of his time hanging out in the hideout under the stairs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Would love to stay here again!

Our family loves this location and home - we're already talking about bringing friends and family back here! Small snafu with the door code but the property manager was very responsive and even stopped by to make sure we'd gotten inside alright.
