This condo is located up above the Sunbrook Golf Course. The back patio has a city view.
There are 4 awesome city parks within just a couple miles, plus TONS of amenities!

Pool/hot tub/kiddie pool/Clubhouse/BBQPavillion/Tennis/Pickleball/Foosball//Pool/Ping Pong/Mini-Golf.

1.5 hours away from Zion National Park. Just over 2 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park. 1.5 hours to Las Vegas. 12 golf courses in the area. Hiking and incredible mountain biking on the Green Valley Loop is within walking distance.

Snow Canyon State park is 15 minutes away, as well as many other nearby attractions, included Fire Lake Park, Gunlock State Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Quail Lake Reservoir, and Tuacahn Amphitheater.

I do want to let you know that they HOA will not be heating the pools from Dec. 1 - Feb 14. The hot tubs will still be heated.

World Seniors Games stay.

Property suited our situation well. Although the unit was on the smaller size, it provided us comfortable accommodations and the pool/hot tubs were great for relaxing.

Cozy and Comfy

Such an easy place to get to. Easy to find. The garage was extremely convenient. Jocelyn gave me such amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Overall a very nice and easy stay.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a week for the Huntsman World Senior Games. It was centrally located, which was wonderful. The host communicated well with us. Cute little unit and clean. We will definitely try to book it again next year! Super pet-friendly!

Clean & Exactly as Described

My husband & I stayed several nights with our small dogs. The unit was clean, welcoming, and exactly as described in the listing. Our host, Jocelyn, was very responsive. Amenities were great! We will definitely look to stay in this unit again.

Great efficient place with easy access

A nice unit with easy access to the interstate and good proximity to many food options. The AC was not very powerful, and there were instructions to not turn it lower. A tower fan was provided to help. (Disclaimer I do prefer it colder than most at night) The kitchen had everything needed and even coffee available. The owner was very helpful and had great communication and helped with check in, the ac questions, and checkout. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Stay

We can’t recommend our stay at this property enough. The host was extremely welcoming and communicated well from the initial booking, until the very end. The home was clean, and had everything we needed in a wonderful location close to everything in the area. The community was vibrant with many amenities and great access to the pools, courts and clubhouse. We would definitely come back, and recommend to anyone considering this home.

Family Adventure

This place was perfect for our family of 4 (plus pups), and our host was so responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again. The clubhouse was great and the location is super convenient for accessing parks, restaurants, and hiking. It is clean and stocked with everything you might need for a family with small kids! St. George, Zion and Bryce Canyon trip!!!

Great experience

Loved our stay here. Place was small but clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. Loved the view off the back patio. Communication with host was excellent. Location was great for all our mountain biking and hiking adventures.

Cute and Cozy

Clean and small but cozy. Comfortable bed. I really appreciate the owner allowing pets. I felt like this was perfect for 2 adults. Loved the patio and view out back. Didn't use the kitchen since we didn't stay long but I felt it was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay!

St. George Sport Village

Great location! Quiet and scenic. Short drive to shopping, dining, biking, walking. Host was very involved and responded immediately to any and all communication. Will be back!

Great spot for my husband and I

This property is small, but perfect for what we wanted. The patio out back was so nice to have! All our needs were met. The bed was super comfortable, everything we needed for cooking was supplied, there is a big TV in living room with Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. Our host Jocelyn was very responsive and accommodating. We appreciated the coffee beans for our morning coffee. We did not use the pool since we were there mainly there to hike and golf.

Cozy, clean, easy access to St. George outdoors

The property is small (1BR) but clean and comfortable, and the host was proactive and helpful with pre-arrival and post-stay communication. Location in the Sports Village development is great, with ample parking on-site / nearby and easy access to southwest St. George activities.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

I would absolutely stay again, everything was great. Well stocked with nice products, complete with a couple with a couple of doggy bones to make our pups feel welcome. My only recommendation is add some powdered creamer packets to your beautiful coffee and tea spread.

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed in this home for a few days while visiting friends and Zion National Park. It was clean, well appointed, and cozy. The management team was responsive and great with customer service. The home is modern and the furnishings were like new. It's got an amazing view of the town and mountains. The clubhouse, games, gym, pool and spa were nice to have anytime we wanted to have some fun or relax. There's a nice patio just outside with an amazing view. There are a ton of things to do locally within minutes from the home- we really liked that! They included restaurants, entertainment, gas, and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I am originally from St. George, although I lived in many other states and came back. I was in US Navy for a total of 12 years. I am married with 2 kids. I love the outdoors and sports, which is why I purchased this condo. I enjoy using the amenities myself!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

There are soooo many things to do at Sports Villages, and there is mountain biking nearby, (Bear Claw Poppy area) which is one of my top favorite things to do. I also really love using the hot tubs and racquetball courts. Our pickleball and tennis courts need to be resurfaced, but they will do if you are just playing for fun.
