Enjoy a fun and relaxing, fresh-air getaway in New Smyrna Beach at this 2-bed, 2-bath, direct oceanfront condo with outdoor pool, heated during winter months. One of New Smyrna's favorite casual oceanfront restaurants and bars is right next door where you may enjoy a relaxing breakfast, a seafood lunch, or live music right on the water. Historic Flagler Ave is a few blocks away. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as shops and galleries for your off-beach excursions. For rainy days or just a break from the sun, the common recreation room has a pool table, foosball table, and arcade games. The full-size kitchen is fully stocked and a coin laundry is on premises. BEACH GEAR PROVIDED: 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and basic beach toys.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. BY BOOKING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW HOUSE RULES:
1) There is only 1 car allowed per condominium rules. Depending on availability, you may be able to request one day guest pass for any visitors during the day, but the pass is not eligible for overnight parking. If you need to park a second car overnight, it is your responsibility to research off-premises locations to park the second car. If you rent a golf cart, you may retrieve a golf-cart parking pass and park the cart in the area designated for golf carts. Golf carts will be towed if parked in the car parking lot. When you arrive, please immediately retrieve your parking pass from the front desk and place in your car prior to unloading. Any towing fees / damages incurred as a result of not following the above rules are the responsibility of the guest.
2) There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests swim at their own risk. In order to maintain the safest pool environment possible, a specialty key is required to enter the pool gate. In case of loss, the specialty key cannot be copied by us and must be replaced by the our condominium association, who charges a fee of $500 for replacement. Fees for lost keys will be passed down to guests, so please take extra care to not lose the key. Please return the key to the bowl by the door upon checkout.
3) By using the provided beach gear, guests are agreeing to rinse the sand from the beach gear after each use. The hose is located to the left of the front entrance of the building, when facing the building. When sand remains on the gear, it rusts within weeks and fails, resulting in unhappy guests. Please be considerate for others staying after you by preserving the equipment through proper care.
