Perfect Location

Great condo and perfect location! Easy walk to to beautiful and private beach. The condo was a little smaller than we expected, and was a little cramped, but was worth it, and would book again for a weekend getaway!

Good Times!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The unit was clean and beachy! The instructions from the host was thorough and timely. Cant beat the location, walking distance to several restaurants, and the heated pool and hot tub were a plus this time of year.

Private beach access within walking distance

This property is a clean, well-kept condo with one bath and one bedroom. Beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella are provided. The unit is at the back of the small complex, but it is a quick walk across the street to a private beach. Holiday Isle Beach Service for beach chair and umbrella setup. We enjoyed our stay! While you don’t have a total beach view, this is still a great location! Quick access to all the places in Destin plus great food options nearby!

A view

It was very nice, clean easy to take care of, but the unexpected surprise was the view of the gulf. Easy beach access, great location, would like to stay again. Was not happy with lack of paper products three years after Covid. Matt was fine had no issues but always prefer working with property owner.

Very good

Super close to the beach. Had everything we needed. The heated pool was great considering the weather was colder than expected. Had a problem with the microwave and the host responded quickly and offered to have it fixed that day. Overall great stay and would book again Just a note, the GPS in my vehicle tried to get me to cut through a gated community to get to the property. This property is not gated so take a regular side street to get to Scenic Gulf Drive or youll be stuck praying someone gives you their code to get in, as there is nowhere to turn around.

It’s was exactly as listed. Nothing hidden here. Perfect walk across the street to the beach. Convenient to everything around town.
