Happy Hours - Minutes from Dollywood!

Happy Hours offers two separate master suites each with its own private en suite and ceiling fan. The first has a queen bed with separate jacuzzi tub en suite with tub/shower combo, the second has a queen bed with en suite with a tub/shower combo. This one-story cabin has no steps or stairs, and a split bedroom floor plan. The flat screen TVS are wall mounted and the Wi-Fi is free. Relax in the hot tub, rock in the porch chairs, barbeque on the grill, snooze in front of the fireplace. The best part is that it is located just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. You can hear the Dollywood train! Convenient to the Old Mill and the Island this is the perfect location for a family getaway or a couple's retreat. Enjoy it all in this well-appointed, well located, easy to find cabin.

Weekend getaway but excited to get home.

The cabin was very nice and well appointed, quiet, and just the right size for our needs. The good: Plenty of hot water. Kitchen had all the basic necessities we needed. Lots of towels for the stay. Great location. Check-in and Checkout were both easy. The bad: The king size beds in both bedrooms were very hard and uncomfortable (yes we tried both) to the point we were both in pain over our weekend stay. I know this is subjective to each persons taste but I believe it’s worth mentioning. There were no steps leading into the hot tub, which isn’t a big issue for most but if you have any mobility issues or are short please be warned. The railings along the back deck were not very stable with a ~40-60ft drop. I wouldn’t let my spouse near the railings. If these items were corrected. I would stay here again but in the current state we would not rebook this unit. Thanks.

Second stay, not as good as 2 years ago

Large back porch but couldn't use to sit out because of carpenter bees. Internet died midweek and couldn't be fixed by technicians who came from property management. Living room furniture is uncomfortable when house bound due to rain and bees.

Rude, dirty and dangerous

Check in was a mess, arrived at 410 code was text to us for the door and would not work not to mention when we called the office for assistance one of the representatives was very rude. Ended up not being able to get into the cabin until close to 5. Cabin was not clean! Hair balls on the floor, cobwebs everywhere, showers and floors of bathrooms dirty. Could barley get door to the back deck to close to lock, railing to back deck not secure at all and deck floor was very sketchy! We were only left 2 small trash bags for the kitchen trash for a 3 night stay. Would not rent again!

Perfect Getaway!

Check in and directions were very easy! The cabin was very cute and cozy and in a convenient location. Steep drive up the mountain so make sure your car can make it in the winter. Everything was perfect except there was some cobwebs on the walls in the bathrooms, couple towel hooks were broken, and there isn’t much water pressure in the showers. No cleaning supplies at all….a broom would have been great. Very minor things compared to the cute decor, the old school arcade table - very cool, the hot tub was amazing, and fireplace was perfect to relax next to after a busy day. Would love to come back!
