Nice property in a GREAT Quiet East Nashville Location. Loved the views of the golf course from the big upstairs deck (with comfortable chairs and large table with benches). Home has Everything we needed and more in the kitchen and bathrooms etc. GREAT parking and a super responsive hostess! Numerous flat screen TV's! Big Fenced back yard.

Great location and amenities

Take your morning coffee on the side porch and take in the beautiful and tranquil view. The house is a quick, straight drive to downtown, but East Nashville has a relaxing vibe all it's own. We loved shooting pool and playing foosball in the game room. And the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The owner was helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. I would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, we enjoyed everything the house had to offer from the pool table and foosball table to the outside decks just to sit around. The house is very close to everything and the view of the golf course is really great too.

Perfect location. Nice neighborhood. House was super clean & well stocked for all your needs. Try the Five Points area close by. Great shops & restaurants without having to go downtown every night. Communication with the host was excellent. We'll definitely be back!!

Great stay in Nashville! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We loved spending time on the covered porch overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean, organized. We enjoyed our stay. The yard was nice and big and fenced in for our dogs. Location was great and the neighborhood was beautiful. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Pet friendly, quiet end of a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay! We liked the comfy couches, pool table, outdoor dining spaces(2), and the fenced in yard was great for the dog. Cute neighborhood close to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Comfy beds and good water pressure in shower. There are steep stairs to the lower level.

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to many East Nashville neighborhood locations and local attractions. Well appointed. We loved all of the little touches from the snacks, pool and foosball tables, children’s books, board games, etc. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect for our little family getaway. We would stay here again!

Perfect location!

The house was clean and had every amenity you would need. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook meals. The ability to bring our pet and have a huge, fenced yard in a very safe neighborhood is the main reason we will stay there on our next Nashville trip. Very trendy area only a short Uber ride to downtown.
