The apartment was spotless! We dropped something and there wasn't even a dust bunny under the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal and the location was very convenient for visiting our Belmont student. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Parking in this neighborhood is challenging and we were grateful for the parking lot in back which is included as part of the stay.

Great location
First time visitors to the area, found this to be a great location. Liked the taco bar below and the proximity to a few other restaurants and shops. Great vibe in this neighborhood.

Great location
Perfect location for our overnight stay. Had a little trouble with the door code but great communication with the manager and easy solution!
Would gighly recommend if you need to stay in the 12th south area

Perfect place and location!
A perfect place to stay! Close to everything and lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Safe neighborhood and building. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!
Scarlet was so attentive. The place was very clean, great location, and the management was very accommodating with our luggage since our flight was early.

Great Place to Stay
We loved this place. The interior was nice, updated, and clean. Everything we needed was provided, and you cant beat the location!! Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and all that 12 South district has to offer. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! The location was absolutely perfect - lots of quaint restaurants and shops. It was a busy area, but we did not hear much noise while we slept. The apartment was spacious and spotless. Our stay was really comfortable! In addition, the parking was a breeze! We had no issues with parking for our trip, and it was super convenient.
