Recently-renovated, one-bedroom condo close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia and farmhouse decor, all new furnishings in April 2019. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed (No bars, memory foam mattress). Well stocked with dishes,cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet.Free Parking. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens. The short term rental permit is: T2020018169.

The stay and check in and check out was so easy. Carlos was always available for questions throughout my trip. I really appreciate everything. When I go back to Nashville I will make sure to check to see if this condo is available.

The condo was great! Just as pictured. We loved the location and having on-site parking. Being able to walk both to Broadway and to Vanderbilt campus made our stay really fun!

Great location to stay in the less crazy but awesome part of Nashville. Close to cool restaurants and bars. Walking distance to live music. Condo is nice. I would stay here again

Parking was onsite which was much appreciated. It was evident that a lot of care was taken to update amenities such as the beautiful shower. The condo was comfortable and quiet: great location.

The host is very responsive and very accommodating. The unit is extremely comfortable and well stocked unlike many other VRBO units I stay in. It is also in a great area.

Great stay. Host answered all our questions, even let us leave our luggage in the room after checkout to retrieve later on before our flight out. Well stocked, very convenient, very comfortable beds. Three people fit comfortably in the unit. We'd definitely come back.

The location was perfect! Walking distance from downtown, grocery stores and restaurants but a lot quieter than broadway street. The place was beautiful and charming and had everything you need. Carlos and Cheryl were 5 star hosts, very communicative and helpful! If you are staying in Nashville this is the place to be!

We did not use the parking. We ubered all over. We did walk to Biscuit Love. Not far at all. Shops were not nearby. You could walk to Broadway if you wanted. Remember it is all up hill coming back.

Fantastic location

Great location for Vanderbilt, Broadway and the Gulch. Loved the pool and place was very well maintained. Would love to stay here again.
