This new home is located on the Steinhatchee River across from River Haven Marina. Boasts two master suites, plus three lovely guest rooms. 5 Bedrooms, 5-1/2 Baths in all. Private dock with private covered boat slip. Screened in gaming area, ice machine and fire pit on ground level. Three beautiful screened in balconies. Private clubhouse with outdoor kitchen and pool. Card/poker room with nice gaming table. Ping pong, foosball, darts, and corn hole in the gaming area. Bath porch cooking area with 2 grills and outdoor cookers for your use. Newley re-landscaped and looking beautiful for the season.
Please note: There are security cameras on the front and back of the property for your safety.

Family Scalloping

The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 12 family members. There was a bathroom in every room and the two balconies were screened in plus the short walk to the dock where we kept our boat. The weather for the week was perfect for scalloping and we achieved our limit in scallops each day, we will be back and will rent this house again

Scalloping weekend

This is a beautiful house. Lots of bathrooms made it easy for everyone. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enough dishes also !! Super convenient to get to the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation home for large groups.

Enjoyed scalloping with three families and two boats. Cooked all our meals in well equipped kitchen and slept well in large and comfortable bedrooms. Quick walk to dock and close to all Steinhatchee has to offer.

Scalloping

Great home with lots of bed and bedrooms. We had an incredible time scalloping and were easily able to store our boat at the neighborhood dock during our stay.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This far exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of space for the 11 of us. Having a cart to load the boat was helpful and having the ice machine was a game changer. We will be back!

Best rental ever

After renting in the area for over 20 years, this property was the best our family and friends have ever rented. The owners are extremely responsive and the home is beautifully decorated and equipped. The dock space is much better than the local marinas.

Great House

By far our favorite place we have stayed in steinhatchee. We have already booked it again next year because we loved it so much. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. The house itself was very roomy with a lot of fun games and activities. And, bathrooms galore- no one was ever waiting!

Great house and location! Very dusty and floors could have been cleaner. No information left about house, such as wifi password and code. No info about check out Outdoor trash cans need secure lids: We had to pick up trash every day. Outside ice machine was super nice!!

Great home on the water

Beautiful and clean home. We went with friends and family to scallop. I love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Nice screened in game area for the kids and neighborhood pool for after we got off the boat. The home has an ice machine downstairs we really loved for ice down our boat coolers. We had a great stay. Will definitely go back.

Big fish great times

This is a great property. Five bedrooms with each br having it's own bath. Modern kitchen and as a bonus, an operating ICE MACHINE!! Fished the Gulf for two days. Caught 342 pounds of red snapper. Fileted out to about 150 pounds of filet. Stopped at Publix on the way home to pic up items for cold slaw. Red snapper in the show case was $28.99! per pound.

Great Vacation

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this year. Everything was clean and plenty of extras (grill, ping pong, etc). Communication was excellent and they got back to you right away. We look forward to staying here next year.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. The beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of extras too such as specialty cookware, extra blankets and pillows etc…. We brought our boat and loved the covered dock. It really made the boating experience so easy. This town is a fisherman’s paradise and the decor in the home really goes well with it. Great home. We highly recommend staying here.

Yay Bathrooms!

This house is very nice and having all the bathrooms with a big family is so great! We were happy to have the ping pong table and dart board downstairs, especially since there isn't much going on in Steinhatchee during November. We celebrated Thanksgiving, and it was great to have room for everyone to be together in one house.

We have been visiting, fishing, and scalloping in Steinhatchee since 2008. We raised our children fishing and scalloping in Steinhatchee. We are hard working folks that saved our money and invested it in a dream vacation home that we always wanted, for our family and yours to enjoy.

We love the small town which is truly one of the last "old Florida" experiences out there. The locals are friendly and welcoming, and we have made many friends there over the years. The fishing here is world class, with some of Florida's largest remaining grass flats. The scalloping in Steinhatchee has always been know to be the best in Florida hands down because of these same grass flats. We built this home to be our vacation home, and that personal touch really comes through. We offer 5 bedrooms with 5-1/2 baths. This is unheard of in Steinhatchee, and eliminates the 1-2 hour wait for all members of the party to shower after a long day on the water. Everyone having their own bathroom is awesome.
