The Lazy 8 Apartment

Soak up the stunning Pintlar mountains and Flint Creek Valley from our guest deck. Wildlife abounds in this Trophy Mule Deer game management unit, less than 1/2 mile from the Beaverhead Deer Lodge National Forest, hunters welcome. Additional lodging for larger hunting parties available. 15 minutes from the backside of Discovery Ski Area. This one bedroom, 3/4 bath apt. is built into our Monitor barn style home. Enjoy the your morning coffee gazing at the mtn. views from you private deck while you're being serenaded by Meadowlarks and Mountain Blue Birds. Accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids.

Perfect Spot with a beautiful view

The Lazy 8 was the perfect stay while visiting family. The view was beautiful and the host was great- making sure we had whatever we needed.

Quiet, clean and comfortable!

I had a great stay at the Lazy8, Craig was helpful and the place was modern and well maintained. Spent a week fishing nearby trout streams and enjoyed my stay!

great place to stay!

Great little place to stay. Nice and clean, property manager was friendly and helpful with everything. The only drawback was the rental apt. above has massage bed and you could hear it. Would stay again for sure. :)

Always comfortable and really mostly quiet stay.

Weekend with a friend

I only got to stay the one night but what a lovely set up. Views for miles! The bed was super comfortable:) Definitely would recommend Craig and Michelle were so welcoming

Winter Getaway

Lovely stay with great views and easy access to get to Discovery for Winter sports! Full kitchen, great communications and room already had the heater going prior to arrival!

Country barn

It was very cozy and quiet. Very clean. Easy to get in and out. I chose not to bring my dog, but it was nice to have the option.

Location, Location!

Beautiful setting with 360 degree views. Close to Philipsburg and an easy drive to Rock Creek. Apartment is well maintained and well supplied in all aspects. Host is great.

Outstanding!!!

This little place was amazing! Everything was so neat and clean. We were asked to watch a beautiful sunrise and even though it was a cold night the place was very cozy! Would recommend to anyone!

What A Great Place

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO's. This is the best if you like the Montana atmosphere with great views. Very clean, all amenities are excellent, good friendly dogs with owners, and owners are very personable. The history of the town is very interesting and has a world class brewery. Not many restaurants in the area, but had a better time cooking on the great smoker/grill at the unit and sitting on the porch enjoying the scenery and atmosphere. We highly recommend a stay.

Best kept secret in Montana

We were mesmerized by the hills and mountains seen from the deck of lazy 8! The quietness was only interrupted by the sounds of hummingbirds and other birds in the fields. Apt. 8 was very clean and smelled fresh. It was everything and more than advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with hosts Craig and Michelle.who made our stay home away from home.
