Beautiful views

The house was very clean and had everything needed for our week stay. Right on the water. It took almost an hour to get to Victoria.

Wonderful oceanfront home!

A well appointed 2 bedroom home away from home. The gorgeous sunrises and sunsets were a magical part of the day. Location is perfect for exploring Sooke, many nearby beaches, and the westcoast trail. Local restaurants are terrific. Grocery stores nearby. Fishing, whale watching too. We highly recommend this vacation home and will return. The

A Lovely Stay

A very clean, quiet and comfortable suite with lovely ocean views and a garden patio. A series of stairs and decks lead down to the water and provide a great spot to enjoy the sunset. Check in was easy and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and local attractions.

Lovely ocean view condo!

An amazing place to stay!

Paradise when we found it

We had a glorious stay . Beautiful location enjoyed our walks every morning at Whiffen Spit...our only and I truly mean only issue was finding the place as no address was able to be seen from the street

An enjoyable week stay

This property was our headquarters for a week exploring the area. The unit is a true home away from home, clean, spacious, bright and well equipped. The patio overlooking the water was a bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful. A super holiday.

Fourty Years Anniversary

This home is either new or newly remodeled. Furniture and decor were fantastic.Siting on the patio in the mornings and evenings overlooking the harbor was a prime selling point for me. We loved Sooke and should we ever go back this is where we would stay.

Beautiful waterfront gem

A fantastic 5 star. Everything is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, spacious. Jennifer was a very pleasant hostess. Good parking. Close to shops and parks. Stairs down to small personal beach spot. Fireplace was very nice for a quick warm up on a cool evening.

Private Relaxation

Jennifer and Al are great hosts. We enjoyed great bedding and sleep, private patio breakfasts that we prepared in a beautiful kitchen. And comfortable peaceful evenings in the living area. Close for walking to the shops. Road is close by but is soon forgotten on the lovely patio with beautiful view and sweet humming birds. Would recommend!

Ocean front stay

The property is quite new and the view of the ocean is pretty. The land lady is very personable. Location is very good, close to town. Parking is a bit tight and being close to the road is a little noisy at night. But all and all I would stay again, very nice place.

Immaculate with a view

Newly renovated, tastefully decorated and very comfortable 2 bedroom suite. Beautiful view of Sooke Harbour that can be enjoyed while dining on the patio. Highly recommended.

Immaculate accommodation in wonderful location

Property was outstanding. Everything and more you could need for a holiday. Excellent location with beautiful views. So relaxing just sitting on the terrace. Accommodation was modern, spacious and spotless. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and plenty to explore in the area. Jennifer was on hand to answer any queries.

This a great 2 bedroom suite! Beautiful yard with lots of bird watching. Hummingbirds galore. Route 14 was a fabulous restaurant to walk to in the evening. Cheers!

Anniversary getaway

We have nothing negative to say about this place or the host. It is just as you would imagine from the photographs on the website. Having a patio with a view of the harbour made for a relaxing stay. Our host was available to promptly tend to all our questions - above and beyond our expectations!

Great location; lovely apartment.

The photos accurately depict this lovely main floor suite with private entrance, patio and dedicated parking. It was extremely clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Jennifer was extremely pleasant and responsive. In addition to the wonderful view, it’s well located for hiking in the Sooke and Juan de Fuca areas and for access to Victoria.

Be aware

TV has streaming only! - you cannot get any station you wish other than the streamed channels, which are mainly clips. We left three days earlier than paid for, and we seemingly cannot get reimbursed. Not a satisfactory result with owner communication. Not a happy customer.

Beautiful and clean rental

This rental is beautiful inside with a great view/patio for drinking coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Very clean and communications with the property owner/manager were quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I fell in love with Sooke and after vacationing there for a few years, and decided this is where we would like to retire. The views of the mountains and the water are phenomenal. There is never a dull moment watching the water birds or the seals and sea lions frolic and play. We have seen dolphins, right from our windows, and though have been told by neighbors that orcas will occasionally chase their dinner past our windows, we have not yet seen this. Please take pictures if you do happen to see one :)

Brand new, from the studs in, this suite is state of the art and has everything you will need for comfort and convenience. Conveniently located close to Victoria. Just 45 minutes away. Or drive the other way and visit all the beaches, like China, French or Jordan River. Have lunch at Wild Renfrew, definitely worth visiting! Come back to a great dinner prepared in a state of art kitchen with granite counters. Then sit by a beautiful gas fireplace, and enjoy watching the fishing boats come back in and the sea birds and seals. A king size bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second, makes for comfortable nights after your busy day of exploring and enjoying.
