Very nice property! Location is fantastic if you’re looking to be away from lots of people. Close to town. King size bed probably needs a new mattress. Current one says to middle. We’d stay again.

Relaxing Post Thanksgiving Trip

Awesome property just north of Downtown Boerne Texas. We were able to celebrate in Downtown at a pre-Christmas City Event and the relax at our rental property. The house was well maintained and the property was stunning. I would love to stay at this location again and again.

Our Host was very responsive to questions and let us know about local happenings.House is beautiful, well maintained and stocked.House is in a great location. Spent time in Boerne, Fredericksburg and Kerrville! We loved watching the Deer and Wild Turkeys that moved through morning and evening. Very peaceful!Looking forward to a return trip!

Perfect stay

This house is beautiful! Very clean and amazing outdoor space. The two living rooms are great for spreading out and relaxing. 100% recommend this home. Nancy was an amazing host and we look forward to visiting again for a longer stay!

We have stayed at this house several times now and have really enjoyed every visit. We are 3 older couples and it is perfect for our needs. There are a lot of stairs, but we are just all very careful.It is an immaculate property and totally family friendly. The short distance into Boerne does not hamper shopping trips into town at all. The 2 long horn steers across the road are an added entertainment bonus. It is my favorite kitchen of any VRBO place both because it is so large, and also so well stocked with dishes and pans.An absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Visiting from Arizona for a wedding

Came from Phoenix for a wedding at a nearby venue. Booked it for me, my sister and our four kids in their 20s. Very clean, unique home. Loved the steer and the pond! Everyone agreed it was a wonderful home to stay in!

Beautiful peaceful retreat!

This was our second stay here. The house is laid out to provide many private conversation spaces, but also for a larger group to gather. (there were 6 of us) The setting is also gorgeous and serene. Highly recommend this house and prop manager.

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway Spot

This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful property and we were still impressed. The owner’s daughter had left us some lovely handmade gifts which were very appreciated by all. The house is immaculate and so well appointed. It is a pleasure to just sit in any room and have time to think, dream, plan. I’m sure there is a 4th visit in view!

Great get away in the hill country!

This was such a neat home in the country...but still close enough to the town of Boerne to get everything you need. The hosts were very helpful!

Beautiful house in the country

The house on Jeep St is a beautiful house that is partly old stone and partly gorgeous new addition. It is very roomy and has several places to gather in smaller groups. There are a few places that could be fall hazards for small children, but very kid friendly besides that. It was a welcoming, restful, peaceful place for a weekend away.
