Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just walking distance to the Old No.9 Walking Trail, Mary’s Tacos, and the Downtown Plaza.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
The common bathroom also has a walk-in tiled shower.

The kitchen is equipped with Chef- styled appliances and plenty of room to prep your favorite meals. There is also a workspace in the kitchen area equipped with ample outlets, lighting, and an office chair.

The living area is bathed in natural light from the abundant windows that open to both the front and back yard and when it’s time to get cozy just light the fire with the flip of a switch.

There is a full laundry room located just off the kitchen.

This house is adorable. Wendy was such a a great host. We stayed for three weeks and during this time Boerne suffered some flooding. Wendy checked on us multiple times which was so sweet. The house was very clean, beds are comfortable and the backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Aimee and her family were wonderful guests. We communicated frequently during the flooding in Boerne. The house was left in great condition after a long stay. Would highly recommend them as guests!

Weekend at Boerne

We came into town for a wedding and this house is in a perfect place. Close to town and all its quaint shopping and dining. The house is as described and has a relaxing backyard and patio area. The owner is quick to respond and extremely accommodating. When in Boerne this is the place to stay!

Cute, comfortable house near Main Street. Nice sized backyard and patio. Wendy was an amazing host, easy to work with and very responsive. We will rent here again.

Great stay

The property is exactly as described and pictured. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Apparently, newly remodeled. Very clean and good location. We would recommend and stay again.

Nice stay in Boerne TX

Property was clean and well kept. Nice fenced yard for dogs to run. Was centrally located to our destinations in hill country and San Antonio. Wendy was a super host. She quickly responded to my texts to resolve couple of minor issues. Great stay.

Family Visit

House was just like it was described. Clean and plenty of space for my family. The back patio was great for visiting with my family that lives in Boerne. I would stay here again when I come back to visit.

Home Base

We had a great stay. We were traveling to see family in area and this rental was the perfect location for based on proximity to Main Street and our family. Just enough space and amenities for our group to have a “home base” during our visit. Thank you!

Wendy was a great host, and her house was everything we could have asked for. Excellent communication, very accommodating, a clean and modern home is a quiet family neighborhood. We would be happy to reserve Wendy's home again on a return visit to Boerne.

This is a beautiful and cozy Craftsman Style home with a one car garage and whole house water softener system! We had follow-up medical appointments for a family member requiring drives to San Antonio. From having lived in the Hill Country many years ago we decided to revisit the hills and people we love in the meantime.The shops and people did not disappoint! The owner of the property has a little gem. They provided plenty of shower items, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, TP, towels, kitchen spices, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, beautiful and high end appliances . We ate out as much as we cooked in and had fun gathering/visiting in that very spacious Living room/Kitchen. The bathrooms have spacious and high end finishes, showers being glass enclosed. Back porch and yard full of majestic oaks make for an evening of barbecue grilling! The proximity to the 5 mile Boerne trail/depot was perfect giving my husband a morning/evening workout he so loves. Even though it is located on a main street it is a beautifully appointed corner lot sits just uback making it so quiet after 10 pm and nicely dark due to city night sky ordinance. We could star gaze and felt like we were in the countryside. The Boerne police and first responders take great pride in keeping this gem of a town safe and beautiful!! Definitely would spend another week at this property given the opportunity to be back in Boerne! The owner takes great pride and care of this lovely house and it shows.

Windowsand screens covered with dirt and cob webs, did not appear to hav been cleaned in a while, same for the patio and patio chairs Kitchen inadequacy supplied, zero skillets or frying pans, 1 pot, zero steak knives or sharp curting knivesFront porch same as back porch, very dirty and cob webs.No iron or ironing board. Doors do not stay closed, the property foundation seems to be off, as the cracks in sealing and doors not staying open without being propped open.While the location was close to downtown, its on a extremely busy and loud street.Dont expect quiet nights.

Boerne, TX - Dickens on Main - Perfect Stay, THANK YOU!

Cozy indeed! Property location is perfection for Dickens on Main & ALL things Boerne (Hungry Horse Cafe & Mary's Tacos/Tamales, trail, etc...)! Cozy, clean, and comfortable; truly a home away from home! We celebrated Thanksgiving (kitchen fully equipped with serving platters and all (priceless)) with wonderful family memories made in front of the fireplace & around the kitchen. My Maltipoo enjoyed the backyard with bags provided for easy cleanup, thank you! Truly enjoyed our stay, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
