The house was wonderful overall! Great location with easy access to downtown Boerne. Clean home with everything you need, large fenced backyard. Definitely recommend this home for a stay in Boerne!

This is a newly renovated property and located in the heart of Boerne, TX. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

For the most part our stay was good, the house was mostly clean, when we were looking for something we had misplaced we noticed that the sofas and chair had not been vacuumed under the cushions and there were crumbs and hair that had accumulated there. One of the beds was broken for the first night so my daughter had a very uncomfortable sleep, I did reach out to the host and she came over and fixed it for us. There wasn’t anywhere to put clothing in the bedrooms, we bought some hangers so we could hang our clothes up but dressers would have been nice since it’s not fun to live out of your suitcase for multiple days. The location of the property worked out great for us and the size was perfect.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The yard was large and wonderful for our two dogs to play. The location was so convenient to everywhere we needed to be in town and lots of lovely restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the house was updated nicely. Neighborhood was very safe and neighbors were friendly. We would stay here again.

Newly Remodeled Home

My family enjoyed our stay at Emily's place. The house had been recently remodeled and was very clean. We had a little trouble with the code to get in initially, but Emily quickly addressed the issue. The overall floor plan worked well for our family (5 adults and two kids). The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood just a short distance from downtown shops.

peaceful get away

Our stay at this lovely, cozy home was much needed and peaceful. The home has three bedrooms, living room, family room, kitchen with all new appliances along with washer and dryer. Emily owner of home is a great host her home is very relaxing and lovely. The neighborhood is also excellent location close to Main Street and not to much traffic off Blanco Rd. The home is about 12 minutes from ARROWS an indoor children's play center and new The Darkside brick oven pizza. Thank you Emily!! We will be staying at her again in the future in Boerne Texas.
