Excellent location for walking to downtown, along the river and Old #9 Trail. Excellent communication with the host who was very responsive. Centrally located for visiting other hill country towns.

My family of six came to visit for the weekend and it housed us perfectly! The property was easy to get to in a nice neighborhood. It was very cute and homey, super clean. It had everything that we needed. We wanted for nothing! The host, Jeff, was excellent with communication and the house was a short driving distance to all the things Boerne has to to offeroffer! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location to Main Street! Jeff had wonderful communication leading up to our trip. There had been local flooding and he assured me the property was on high ground and safe to visit. Very clean and comfortable home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our daughter’s wedding weekend! The location was perfect and so convenient to Eagle Ranch in the Boerne and Sisterdale area, where the wedding took place. Since we couldn’t stay with the wedding party because we were traveling with our daughter’s beloved pet, Lilly, who was also part of the wedding, having a separate place to stay worked out perfectly for us. It made everything so much easier and allowed us to enjoy the entire wedding weekend without any worries. We had a great time, truly enjoyed our stay, and were so grateful to have such a convenient and comfortable place to call home during this special family celebration. We would definitely recommend staying here! thank you

This house was great! We have family in town, but their home isn’t big enough to hold all of us when we visit. We were able to have all of us during the day and then we all had our own sleeping arrangements for the evening. One of the things I loved most about the house was the extras that rentals don’t usually have. There were extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, and extra bath towels. That may not seem like a big deal, but it just made the stay even nicer!

Clean, comfortable, especially the mattresses were great after our long bike ride. Easy access to the Old Number 9 Greenway for our ride. Great kitchen, dinning room and living room for guests during the day and our Birthday dinner after. Plenty of parking for guests.

Perfectly located to the town of Boerne and the hill county . Jeff was a great host and reacted quickly when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi for two days. Furniture in the house is a old and needs replaced , but this is reflected in the price of the accommodation. All in all we were very happy with the accommodation .

The house was clean and the water was hot. Very comfy accommodations for a girl’s trip. We especially liked the living room and dining table for long, uninterrupted conversation. Short drive to downtown Boerne which had plenty shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This house met all of our needs. It was the perfect size and close to all the places we visited in Boerne. It was nice and cozy and in a good neighborhood. We loved the back yard patio! I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there if visiting the city again.
